Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders die Damen beim Frühstück.
Das Frühstück war ganz toll, es gab auf Wunsch Rührei, Spiegelei oder ein gekochtes Ei.
Brötchen,Vollkornvrot Aufschnitt ,Käse ,Marmelade Honig Nutella, Müsli,Joguhrt Früchte etc.Kaffee,Tee ,Säfte

Cons:

Eine Rezeption war bei der Ankunft nicht zu finden ,da nicht ausgeschildert.Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Flur dunkel ,allerdings gibt es mehrere Lichtschalter .
Das Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet aber sauber.
Betten auch ok.
Allerdings die Badezimmertür und Schwelle sind schon sehr abgenutzt.
Die Toilette ,der Fuss ist nicht fest und die Steckdose auf der linken Seite ist nicht mehr richtig fest.
Das Zimmer wurde nach der Reinigung nicht wieder abgeschlossen. Wir hatten jetzt keine Werte im Zimmer ,aber das fanden wir nicht so gut.
Die Lage ist toll ,man erreicht den Marktplatz, Hafen und die Strandpromenade schnell zu Fuß.
Heiligenhafen ist sehr schön, wir kommen wieder werden aber ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, alles ist fast fußgängig zu erreichen. Zudem ist der Stadtbus kostenfrei.
Das Frühstück war immer frisch zubereitet.

Ein gemütlich kleines Hotel mit nettem Personal.

Cons:

Da Silvester war, hatten wir als Gäste, die nicht an der Abendveranstaltung teilnehmen wollten, keine Möglichkeit in dem Hotel abends etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. Zum Glück hatten wir uns etwas zu trinken eingepackt.
