Do not stay, not worth it for the money
Pros:

Got scammed for throw empty cigarettes box which already empty before checking in. Had thought to throw in rubbish bin which they prepared to throw rubbish but end up fined for smoking in room

Cons:

The aircond was too loud and the heater never worked

Pros:

The hotel is located near many eateries, making it easy to find food nearby. So far, everything has been satisfactory for the price paid. The room is clean and in acceptable condition.

Cons:

I guess it depends on which room you get. The room assigned to me was the last room in the hotel and was close to the outside. When people walked past and spoke loudly, it could be heard clearly, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
