Pros:

The place is quite far from the city. I love the hotel as the receptionist asked me to look at the hotel first, if satisfy then I can check in. Thank you for the hospitality. Good value for money. You can't find the hotel as cheap as this in JB. This is JB yo.

no lift no lift no lift, you only can go upstairs with staircase, door handle is spoiled, curtains can't block the whole sunlight, you can't lock the door,

One night was good and better than most places.
Pros:

No one entered the room unlike every other hotel booked with any booking companies. Water dispenser at ease. Quiet room and not near other guests. Walking distance to nearby by shops.

Cons:

The hotel is not convenient for longer stays due to a construction building beside. Besides it being a saturday weekend here, they are working?

It was better than other places. Only two people in the hotel insulted me: a Muslim female and a Chinese male. Other places were worse.

A lot of cars and motorbikes kept on trying to blew their exhaust towards me. It started with cars that has the letter S and then after many did similar. However this is a problem in the whole state.

When paying by credit card at a nearby shop, I received insulted from more than 5 people in public areas.

The shops, pharmacies, restaurants staff are friendly in that area.
