On Hotel Phuket consists of three buildings. As part of our continuous efforts to enhance the guest experience, two buildings will undergo scheduled renovations from May to October 2026, with the aim of further improving our facilities and services for future guests.
During this period, the remaining building will not be affected by the renovations and will continue normal operations, welcoming guests as usual. All confirmed bookings will be carefully arranged in the operating building to ensure a comfortable stay.
Please be kindly informed that there may be minor noise disturbances during limited daytime hours. The hotel will take all necessary measures to minimize any inconvenience.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Comfy beds, good sized rooms. Amazing location, I got upgraded to a room with a balcony. 5min walk to the beach.
The breakfast smells good but my schedule didn't allow me to try it.
Shops and services are walking distance, with a reasonably priced food stand in front of the hotel, and 711 with freshly grilled seafood right across the street.
Staff were very kind and accommodating. Free daily beach towel. You can pick them up and drop them off at the reception, just sign in the beach towel book when you take them out.
The corridors were very warm. Using wall- mounted fans on either end of the corridors might help as it will create some air movement.

The stairs! No lift
The balcony doors don't close and mosquitoes fly in. The quality of room cleaning leaves much to be desired. But the staff is very friendly. if for 2-3 nights, then this is a hotel corresponding to price-quality
Location was ok
Bed was a brick. Fair few stains around the joint. Stayed in much nicer 3 star places than this. Would pay 25 aud max per night. Not 75aud

Location if great, 5 min walk to Karon Beach, quite in rooms, comfortable beds. Got 2 connected single beds instead of one big.
There is very clean, nice location and good people. It is expensive for hotel like this, but good price for Phuket
