Good location but a lot to improve on
Pros:

Close proximity to beach, spacious and comfortable room. Restaurant had good food

Cons:

There was a big mix-up for our check-in, we were supposed to have a room but they couldn't find the keys, eventually we were given another room. During this period, we had a small bag full of souvenirs we had just bought, and due to the confusion, we didn't realise we didn't take this bag into the room. When we approached the staff they said they didn't know. That's all. We expected them at least to offer to speak to the cleaning staff or maybe check security cameras if there were any, or at least inform us that they will check and let us know if they find anything. But nothing... This was very disappointing to us and we ended up feeling not very safe in a place where a bag with souvenirs disappeared in the property grounds. This ruined the experience for us and the lack of action from the staff ended made us feel unsafe.

Emplacement proche du centre ville et proche de la plage. Très grande chambre avec kitchenette très fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le roof top.

Holbox la magnifique!
Pros:

Propreté et confort, bien localisé malgré la distance avec le centre, tout se fait à pied. Nous étions un groupe avec des enfants et avons vraiment apprécié l’endroit. La piscine est rafraîchissante. De plus l’hôtel a organisé notre transfert de l’aéroport au ferry, avec un prix raisonnable pour 16 personnes et un service fiable. Merci pour tout !

הקרבה לים, וכמה דקות הליכה למרכז. עיצוב פשוט ונעים, סידור וניקיון החדר כל יום. החדרים תואמים לתמונות . הצוות היה נעים ועזר בכל דבר שפנינו.

Camera molto spaziosa e silenziosa, si trova leggermente fuori dal centro (5-10 min a piedi), è molto vicino alla spiaggia. Con $180 pesos offrono la colazione molto abbondante.
