Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen! Toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war geräumig,allerings mit niedriger Decke, aber sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut. Sehr leckere Brötchen! Auf unsere Wünsche wurde prompt eingegangen. Der inklusive Ansatz des Unternehmens gefällt uns sehr! Das Gästeticket für den ÖPNV ist sehr nützlich, zumal der kleine Bahnhof direkt angrenzt. Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant war angesichts der Preise absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Bad könnte mal eine Sanierung/Modernisierung gebrauchen.

Een uitstekend tweedaags verblijf in een vrolijke, sympathieke instelling.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed. Goed om te weten: een aantal werknemers heeft "een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt". Het Hofgut Himmelreich is een sympathieke (vinden wij) idealistische instelling, die een goed product neerzet.

Die Lage und die Anlage des Hotels.

Cons:

Der Empfang im Hotel war leider nicht besonders höflich. Zudem wurden uns vor Ort Informationen gegeben, die von den Angaben bei Booking.com abwichen.
​Das absolute No-Go war jedoch der Zustand der Betten am Abend: Wir sind zu dritt angereist, und beim Abziehen bzw. Hineinschauen mussten wir feststellen, dass bei allen drei Kopfkissen sowie bei den kleinen Überkissen direkt unter dem Bezug die eigentlichen Kissen komplett mit ekligen Schmutzflecken übersät waren.
​Das waren keine Flecken vom direkten Vorbesitzer – diese Flecken waren tief im Kissen und sahen aus, als wären sie dort schon Wochen, Monate oder teilweise wahrscheinlich schon Jahre drauf. Es ist absolut ekelhaft, wenn man bedenkt, worauf die armen Gäste vor uns (und wir) da schlafen mussten. Das zeigt einfach, dass dem Hotel die Fürsorge für den Gast völlig fehlt, wenn die Kissen selbst über Monate und Jahre hinweg ungewaschen weiterverwendet werden. Leider habe ich vor Ekel vergessen, ein Foto als Beweis zu machen.
​Auch das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung: Alles wirkte sehr abgestanden, es wurde nichts nachgefüllt und die warmen Speisen (wie die Eier) waren komplett kalt.

Cons:

Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die Zimmerdecke und die Zimmertür sind extrem niedrig, teilweise stößt man mit dem Kopf an Deckenbalken. Die Dusche hat keine Stehhöhe. Der Hof liegt direkt an der Bundesstraße und der Verkehr ist sehr laut. Das Fenster liegt direkt zur Küchenlüftung, so dass diese Geräusche zusätzlich zu hören ist. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet und die Beleuchtung ist nicht ausreichend.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten gemütlich. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Türe.

Cons:

Während des Frühstücks wurde Staub gesaugt. Das hat es etwas ungemütlich gemacht.
