Wouldn't recommend - owner is rude
Pros:

Staff were lovely, particularly Julian and Adin

The bathrooms are not very nice
The Wifi frequently didn't work
The kitchen was often not running
Rooms don't fully seal, often bugs in them
For the price you could stay somewhere much nicer

Pros:

Great stay! Nice service, good breakfast, the rooms are pretty big and in good condition. The swimming pools are clean and pretty big too! Definitely met the expectations :D

Wij hebben een geweldige verblijf gehad.
Pros:

De locatie en de mensen waren fantastisch. Het verblijf ligt op slechts 2 à 3 minuten met de scooter van het centrum van Kuta. Daarnaast was de omgeving zelf ook prachtig.

Viihtyisä ja vehreä, palvelut lyhyen skootterimatkan päässä.
Pros:

Viihdyimme neljä yötä. Huoneet on siistit ja viihtyisät, suuri kylpyhuone. Hyvä ja suuri sänky. Ulkona kaksi isoa uima-allasta. Uusi vastaanotto juuri valmistumassa. Mukava henkilökunta auttoi kaikessa. Skootterien vuokraus onnistuu edullisesti suoraan kysymällä henkilökunnalta. Aamiainen tuotiin omalle terassille. Sijainti hyvä.

Cons:

Matkatavaroille ja vaatteille voisi olla lisää säilytystilaa.

A gem.
Pros:

The Kebon Lombok offers spacious, comfortable bungalow-style rooms in a lovely, immaculately groomed garden setting with two swimming pools and a hearty, delicious breakfast (2 eggs, toast, and lightly sautéed veggies plus a big portion of fresh cut fruit, fresh-made fruit juice and Lombok coffee delivered to your room or private patio). It is located about 0.3 km from the noisy, crowded main tourist/commercial road — an easy walk on a paved cut-through — and just off the main road leading to many of the best nearby beaches and coastal highlights. Tanjung Aan, Seger Beach, Merese, the Mandalika race track, etc are just a few km away and being able to jump on the main (4 lane, divided, low traffic) road was a confidence builder for me as both a newbie to motor scooters and to driving on the left side. I was even able to rent my scooter on site. (Easy peasy!) So I'd call the location ideal! The staff, led by the very capable property manager Julian, is super friendly and attentive. I felt very much at home and genuinely enjoyed interacting with everyone. Oh, and the price is great! What a bargain. It is what booking.com calls a 3 Star hotel and that's accurate. I stayed 14 nights and would return without hesitation.

Very good!
Pros:

This hotel is amazing! So good!
Adi and his team gave us the best service we can wish. If we need some help they are there in less then 1 minute. This guys are the best!
The beds are fine and the rooms are clean.
The location is also good.

Mant thanks for all. See you the next time in Lombok.

Nice people and big room
Pros:

The room is very big. Staff are amazingly kind and welcoming !
We didn’t try the pool and it looks nice.
We rent the bike with them. Very good.

Cons:

Breakfast is nothing special. Ok enough.
The room is a bit old, the sliding door to the bathroom doesn’t close properly. Furniture in room is old.

Fraai maar er zijn mooiere locaties voor dit geld. Nog niet af!
Pros:

De locatie ziet er mooi uit en de ligging is mooi gelegen en op relatief korte (loop)afstand van de winkel-uitgaansstraat. Het huisjes/appartement is mooi, schoon en oogt nieuw. Het tegenoverliggende zwembad is fraai en schoon. Parasols zijn oud en kapot.

Cons:

Het complex is in aanbouw en er zijn veel bouwactiviteiten rondom de ingang en bij tentje waar je 's ochtends je ontbijtje eet. Er is voor de rest nog niet veel te krijgen op het complex omdat dat nog moet worden gemaakt. Wel kun je activiteiten boeken bij de balie in het ontbijttentje en scooters huren. Personeel is vriendelijk en 'aanwezig'.

Pros:

Le personnel était super sympathique! Dommage pour le bruit car la chambre n’est pas gratuite (45€/nuit). On a eu du bruit à partir de 8h, au moment du déjeuner, jusque 18h le soir. Donc même la piscine n’a pas la même saveur.
On a essayé de négocier pour une 3e nuit, mais ils n’ont pas voulu.
Par contre, bien situé et les motos à louer sont en bon état.
