We cancelled our booking after the first night for a number of reasons
- The room was quite different from the pictures advertised, and the whole room was covered in mosquitoes and other insects. We know such insects are to be expected here but we have stayed in multiple hotels in Indonesia and this hasn’t been anywhere near as much of an issue before. I don’t think the room was cleaned to as high a standard as other places, or any insect repellent used as in other places
- The bathroom walls have long narrow gaps at the top instead of windows, one of these gaps had a broken mosquito net and the other had no net at all. This led to a constant influx of mosquitoes into the room and we were bitten many times as a result. It also led to the bathroom being incredibly warm - we felt we couldn’t open the bathroom door to allow air to circulate, or turn the light on at night, due to the risk of mosquitoes
- The shower floor is level with the rest of the bathroom floor with no divider. Within a minute of turning the shower on the entire bathroom floor would be flooded
- The towels provided were very dirty and there was a noticeable blood stain on the mattress which had come through to the bottom sheet
- While the food at breakfast was good, options are quite limited and you are only able to pick one thing to have off the menu, eg either an omelette or a pancake, but not both
- The pool area is also infested with insects (much more so than others in Lombok/Indonesia) and the pool itself had a layer of grime along the bottom

Olimme 5 yötä. Siivousta ei ollut, saimme kyllä pyydettäessä puhtaat pyyhkeet. Suihkutilassa ei mitään mihin olisi voinut laittaa pesuaineet, vaan ne piti laittaa lattialle. Vedet katkesi muutaman kerran.

L’organisation du petit déjeuner demandait parfois un peu de patience mais le rapport qualité prix est sans conteste - c’est bon et frais.

The bedding had a lot of stains on it, we also had an issue with ants getting into the bed. The electricity kept cutting out too. Also would have liked bedside lamps!
