Friendly welcome, big room with a desk, double bed, air con, fridge and shower, Wi-Fi, everything you need.
It’s on the best part of Jomthiem (which is a better beach than Pattaya by the way), right next to the beach if that’s your thing. There’s a gym, laundry, 7-Eleven, and afternoon/night food market all within 1 minute.
They have pool tables down stairs, good quality pool tables too.
There mosquito’s in Jomthiem. I left my window open accidentally on first night which let a load in..but that’s to be expected. Get Mozzie spray!
Great location, cozy and big room, very clean. There is a nice bar on the ground floor. The staff is polite and always ready to help. I recommend

I didn’t like anything about this place I booked two nights but after one was enough so I left the next day as I was not going to stay another night there.
No one turned up to let me check in until 3-15, room not cleaned still used soap on side, bed sheet smell of urine, one so called towel and entire room not cleaned still used.
Location is just a very short walk to beach. Location was great. For a young solo traveler this place is fine. Pet friendly. Easy check-in.
Fairly loud around the clock. I was directly over the pool table apparently (although in 3rd floor so I can't imagine how loud the 2nd floor was) and heard every time the pool balls were used. Also could hear the conversation in the next room all night long.
Stairs are steep and narrow (auto lights aren't very quick).

Excellent location and nice spacious rooms. Definitely a good place to stay for the price, and they allow pets. I could see the ocean from my room, and it's very close to the best night market in Jomtien where you can eat delicious food for cheap. Recommended if you're on a budget or traveling with furry friends.
The bar downstairs does not smell good, but the room itself has no smell and is perfectly clean.
