La persona de recepción es muy amable, atendió todas mis dudas desde que hice la reserva hasta que pude cumplirla. El demás personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es bastante buena, con un mercado de día para comer fritanga y de noche tacos chilangos!!!!!

Cons:

Podrían limpiar la alfombra de los cuartos. Aclaro, está limpio el lugar, pero las alfombras sí necesitan un poco de atención.

Pros:

Great location for autodrome, gnp, palacio de los deportes. I always look for Hotel Orion when I have an event.

Cons:

A little dirty in the room, floor needed a good brush and mop. The shower had good pressure but poor direction. Showers in previous rooms I've stayed in have been better.

Ubicación ideal, calidad 'aceptable'
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para eventos en el GNP, fácil llegas y vas a pie sin necesidad de taxi, además de que está cerca del AICM y hay varios puntos de comida cerca y una estación del metro a cinco minutos caminando.

Cons:

El precio es elevado por la calidad ofrecida, pero ahorras en traslados. Por momentos se siente más como un motel que un hotel, sobre todo por el diseño de las habitaciones y el ruido de los cuartos. El personal es amable, excepto por una señora de recepción que ofrece un trato entre indiferente y malo al cliente.

Pros:

Me encanta la ubicación

Cons:

La puerta de la ducha no cerraba, para hacerlo tenías que empujar con fuerza.
La "ranita" de la taza del baño se quedaba arriba y eso hacia que el agua se tira, por lo tanto no se llenaba el tanque y tenías que estar acomodandola.
Pero en especial no me gustó que no te den shampoo, al menos para que lo tomen en cuenta y no los agarre por sorpresa, pero todo lo demás muy bien😊

Cons:

Habitaciones sin closet ni ganchos de ropa.
