Un’esperienza di charme e relax in un borgo incantevole

Nel suggestivo borgo di Montepagano abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido albergo diffuso, un’esperienza davvero speciale. Le camere sono ampie, luminose e molto spaziose, arredate con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, capaci di unire perfettamente il fascino del borgo storico con il comfort moderno.

La colazione è uno dei punti di forza: ricca, varia e di qualità, viene fatta trovare comodamente pronta direttamente in camera, un dettaglio che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante.

Tutto è stato ben al di sopra delle aspettative, dall’organizzazione all’atmosfera, fino alla sensazione di accoglienza e tranquillità che si respira. Un luogo ideale per chi cerca relax, autenticità e cura dei particolari. Assolutamente consigliato.

Bellissime suite diffuse nel borgo
Pros:

Suite Archibugiera molto funzionale e bellissima. Temperatura facile da regolare, letto comodo, molto luminosa così come il bagno funzionale e grande. Colazione buona che trovavo in camera ogni mattina e personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile anche tramite whatsapp.

Assolutamente consigliabile, per godere della pace lontano dal mondo caotico.
Pros:

Immerso nella pace di Montepagano, ottimo appartamentino, non abbiamo visto nessuno dello staff, ma non vi era bisogno, tenendo conto che tutto era perfetto. Ottima colazione, ottima disposizione dell'ambiente.

Cons:

Il riscaldamento. Forse non siamo stati capaci noi a faro funzionare a dovere. Per il resto tutto estremamente piacevole.

Ottimo luogo per un fine settimana di pace e tranquillità.
Pros:

Arredamento semplice e confortevole di buon gusto

Cons:

Avrei preferito scegliere il tipo di colazione, limitarsi solo a una colazione dolce non necessariamente va bene a tutti. Quantomeno suggerisco di chiedere eventuali preferenze agli ospiti.

Struttura bellissima, ristrutturata con gusto e dotata di tutti comfort. Ottima pulizia. Vista impareggiabile sul territorio sottostante. Un'oasi di pace e silenzio. Colazione in camera una soluzione, per noi, ottimale.

Decor and design were beautiful and bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast of pastries, cheese, and coldcuts. Choice of different juices, coffee, water. Nice bottle of wine.

Beutiful location bad managment
Pros:

The room/miny apartment was amazing and the breakfast and complimentary wine from the stuff was appreciated! All was clean and nice!

Cons:

Unfortunately I am forced to rate the overall stay really bad due to the fact that the manager of the facility walked into my room in the middle of the night! Fortunately my suitcase was visible so they did not walk into the bedroom!
The managment messed up the room booking and they assigned the same room to another couple (thank God they were my friends that just finished celebrating their wedding!!!). They did not even tell us that this happened and I had to hear it from my friends! They did not offer refund or partial refund neither to me nor to my friends!
