A lovely hotel in a fascinating and beautiful historic town.
Pros:

A very clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of beautiful Koprivshititsa.

The host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. Every aspect of our stay was perfect for us.

Disappointing!!!
Pros:

The location was great. We didn't have breakfast because we wanted to leave this place as soon as possible!!!

Cons:

I booked the hotel for 2 nights. We spent only one horrible night, without a minute of sleep. We were bitten during the entire night by small bugs - bed buds. I killed some of them. (I can provide pictures).
In the hotel was no a night person. So we had to wait for the light to come out.
In the morning I notified the staff about the terrible night we had and showed the pictures.
He refused to return the whole amount tor the next night with the explanation that he has to pay to Booking.com. It was very unfair. He had to reimburse us for the inconvenient instead.
Very, very disappointed. The hotel had a good location, the staff was kind. We could have a great time, BUT!

Petit hôtel de campagne, au calme
Pros:

. personnel : un peu rustre au 1er abord, mais la glace fond au fur et à mesure :)
Le patron connaissait qq mots de français, qu'il a eu plaisir à partager.

- possibilité de prendre le pdj en extérieur, sur la terrasse. Pdj "maison", très bon et complet.

- emplacement : au cœur de la petite ville.

Cons:

C'est un petit hôtel, dans une toute petite ville de Bulgarie où les gens font leur maximum pour rendre notre séjour agréable, avec peu de moyen.

Attention sur le menu pour le dîner : il y a des erreurs de traduction. Ce qui peut rendre votre repas... rigolo :)
