Absolute Enttäuschung.

Das Restaurant bot gutes Essen

Das Hotel ist auf Google praktisch nicht auffindbar und selbst mit Routenplaner schwer zu finden – wir mussten uns vor Ort durchfragen. Ein denkbar schlechter Start.

Trotz kaum vorhandener Auslastung und verfügbarer größerer Zimmer bekamen wir statt der gebuchten 20 qm ein winziges Zimmer mit etwa 10 qm und das zur sehr lauten Straße raus. Der „Balkon“ bestand aus einem Mini-Vorsprung mit EINEM Stuhl.

Die Mängel setzen sich fort: Beim Duschen läuft das Wasser ins gesamte Bad, die Betten sind unbequem, die Nachttischlampen funktionieren nicht und die bereitgestellte Seife ist billigstes Niveau.

Der Gipfel: Obwohl Frühstück inklusive war, musste man für eine einfache Tasse Kaffee extra bezahlen – so etwas haben wir noch in keinem Hotel erlebt.

Insgesamt wirkt hier vieles lieblos und nicht durchdacht. Die Rezeptionisten zeigen freundliches Desinteresse. Preis-Leistung absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Klare Nicht-Empfehlung!

לא מומלץ- אין מעלית, מיקום בעייתי, ארוחת בוקר מובנית עם מאכלים מקומיים, תקשורת עם הצוות.
Pros:

המיקום אינו בנובה ואריש אלא בעיירה מעל, מרוחק מכל אמצעי למזון או בילוי ערב.
ארוחת בוקר מוגשת כמנה מובנית. קפה בתשלום נוסף וללא קבלת קבלה על התשלום, "מכונת הקבלות מקולקלת"
הצוות דובר בקושי אנגלית.
ובעיקר אין מעלית

Pros:

Schöne, bequeme Zimmer mit Balkonen. Freundliches, entgegenkommendes Personal. Sehr schöne waldreiche Umgebung. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant (serbische Küche) war gut und reichhaltig und ließ nicht lange auf sich warten.

Cons:

Es gibt es keinen Aufzug.
