The location, layout, room size, architecture, cleanliness, restaurant, staff, and overall value all scored very well with us! We stayed in room 7 which was on the second floor, was decent size with high ceilings, and had convenient access to the roof top for sitting and viewing. Loved the artwork, plants and flowers, and convenience to everything downtown.

Cons:

Somehow the WiFi card in our room was lost, and we had to pay a fee for that. Also the shower head was a little messed up and the shower stream wasn’t that good.

Muy bonita!
Pros:

チェックイン時刻よりもだいぶ早い時間に行ったのですが、ありがたいことに荷物を預けることができました。
ホテルは街の中心にあり、ソカロ広場に近いです。
内装はとても可愛らしく、どの場所も絵になるような美しさがあります。
部屋は清掃がしっかり行われており、水が一本付いてきます。
朝食はお得な値段に食べることができ、きれいな中庭で食べる朝食はとてもおいしかったです。

The building is beautiful and very charming. The room was fairly small as was the bathroom, but comfortable enough. Good location for sightseeing.

Cons:

Was not aware, even after searching every correspondence from Booking as well as from the hotel, that they do not accept credit cards. However, after pleading with the staff they finally let us pay with a card. Very surprised at this situation in such a tourist heavy location. This fact should be stated clearly on the website. Had I known ahead of time I would not have booked this hotel.

Beautiful and cute hotel in the middle of the centre
Pros:

Nice hotel with spacious two-level room. I really liked the beautiful and colorful patio, where you can order drinks and food and enjoy some mexican art. Location is perfect, couple minutes away from the main Zocalo.

Cons:

The price was a bit high for what you get.

Loud music from a club on Saturday night until 4am. The upper floor seemed to be louder. We were only there this one night, maybe other nights are better

La mejor estancia en Oaxaca
Pros:

Un hotel precioso, con mucha personalidad, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, y todo siempre está súper limpio.
La terraza era hermosa y el personal super amable, siempre ahí para apoyar, y la habitación siempre estuvo limpia con todo lo necesario, dormimos muy agusto en la cama.
También la ubicación es perfecta, a solo dos calles del Zócalo.
Sin duda volvería a hospedarme.
