Excellent and Pleasant stay .
Pros:

The suite room I was in was really spacious , well lit , the staff were friendly , breakfast was great too - over all comfortable and pleasant stay - would recommend for sure .

Fair… but Not up to the expectations
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were kind and supportive.

Cons:

We couldn’t sleep at night at the property because of loud banging noises. It was too much noisy there. There were no tissue and hand wash in the room.

Pros:

Break fast was good, ambience of the break fast hall is also good. Staff - really courteous. They have Gym, Pool - didnt use both though! At this location these kind of facilities were awesome. Went there for a staycation and loved it.

Cons:

What could have been better - maybe the AC - needs servicing, was leaking. And probably the TV with smart TV facilities.

An exceptional stay overall!
Pros:

The staff were courteous, the rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch. The food was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained. Great location too — everything was just perfect!

Cons:

The only area for improvement would be to refresh the room to eliminate the lingering old smell.

Should have to make the dining area comfortable, cleaner and professional.

Cons:

Ootty is a cool place and you don't even provide an electric kettle to make tea, coffee or hot water.
