We had booked 2 bedroom but there was washroom only in one bedroom. It becomes difficult when there are four guests..

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Clean, spacious, friendly staff. Good location for the purpose of our visit. Good breakfast and room service!

Cons:

Two things: hot water was not running in one of the bathrooms in our room. A weird loud creaking noise would start at 8:30 am and stop late in the evening. We did let the reception know but nothing was done.

The room was good

Cons:

No proper order for parking. I had to wait 30 minutes after checking out. I could not take my car out as another car was parked directly in front of my car.

Excellent and Pleasant stay .
Pros:

The suite room I was in was really spacious , well lit , the staff were friendly , breakfast was great too - over all comfortable and pleasant stay - would recommend for sure .

Fair… but Not up to the expectations
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were kind and supportive.

Cons:

We couldn’t sleep at night at the property because of loud banging noises. It was too much noisy there. There were no tissue and hand wash in the room.

Break fast was good, ambience of the break fast hall is also good. Staff - really courteous. They have Gym, Pool - didnt use both though! At this location these kind of facilities were awesome. Went there for a staycation and loved it.

Cons:

What could have been better - maybe the AC - needs servicing, was leaking. And probably the TV with smart TV facilities.

An exceptional stay overall!
Pros:

The staff were courteous, the rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch. The food was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained. Great location too — everything was just perfect!

Cons:

The only area for improvement would be to refresh the room to eliminate the lingering old smell.
