BETTWANZEN und schlechtes personal
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war nett.

Cons:

BETTWANZEN, weshalb wir die Nacht in der Küche auf der couch verbracht haben. Als ich die unterkunkt wegen einer Rückerstattung kontaktiert habe wurden wir darauf hingewiesen das es dort „mosquitos in ihrem natürlichen Lebensraum gibt und wir uns leider an die gegebenen Bedingungen nicht anpassen konnten und dies nicht ihre schuld sei“ Ich möchte anmerken das ich mir durchaus über den unterschied zwischen Bettwanzen und mosquitos bewusst bin.
Viel spaß in der Unterkunft. (Wir haben auch Bilder der Bisse welche eindeutig von Bettwanzen sind)

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der unberührten Natur. Hervorheben möchte ich Senora Carmen mit ihrer sehr freundlichen Art und ihren Kochkünsten.

Cons:

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es gibt kleine Dinge zu optimieren, um den Eindruck noch etwas zu verbessern (Wartung der Unterkunft).

Pas grand chose. Le seul point positif du séjour est le restaurant qui ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel m,.La Choza, situé à 5 minutes à pied, tenu par un couple français et vénézuélienne, où l’accueil est chaleureux et la qualité bien meilleure que celle de l’hôtel..

Cons:

Séjour très décevant. L’accueil n’est pas chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est mauvais et n’est servi que si on insiste. Beaucoup d’équipements sont cassés. La piscine est sale. La plage est dans un état déplorable et n’a été nettoyée que le dernier jour. L’eau n’est disponible que lorsqu’on demande à ouvrir les vannes.

Pour un établissement de ce prix, c’est inacceptable. Je demande un remboursement partiel ou un bon de réduction.

Abandono Total!
Pros:

No nos gustó, nos quejamos tanto que nos movieron a Villa Noelia donde inicialmente pensé que había reservado por el anuncio confuso de Booking que ya corrigieron.

Cons:

El lugar está abandonado, sucio, mosquitos, humedad en la habitación, los interruptores de luz se caen al tocarlos, la cocina está asquerosa, la piscina tiene más hojas que un árbol, el precio es notablemente elevado, encima de que el ferry es caro $90 te hacen pagar $14 más por persona para llegar a las instalaciones del hotel y no te ayudan a subirl las maletas por los 57 escalones, no funciona el wifi, no hay agua caliente, hay serpientes por todos lados, en el anuncio te mezclan fotos y videos de otras instalaciones, hay que subir 57 escalones para llegar desde la playa, nos quejamos tanto que nos tuvieron que llevar a Villa Noelia que es dónde inicialmente pensé que había reservado por las fotos que salen en Booking.
En Booking te ponen fotos de Villa Noelia y te ponen el nombre de 3 hoteles, parece que ya lo corrigieron.
Villa Noelia también está un poco abandonado pero definitivamente no está como Saboga Lodge el cual no está apto para recibir a nadie.
Cuando finalmente nos cambiaron a Villa Noelia nadie nos vino a buscar y caminamos por la selva hasta Villa Noelia con todas las maletas.

En resumen nos prometen un Namaste y nos reciben con un Mastena.

Nicht nochmal, das gibt es bessere Alternativen auf der Insel!
Pros:

Die Lage mitten im Dschungel ist Mega, sowie die Insel zu erkunden macht Freunde. Die Lodge hat Mega Potential, wird jedoch nicht abgerufen! Die Mitarbeiter waren als es Probleme gab, bemüht und haben uns geholfen. Das Camping Zelt ist eine tolle Erfahrung und ordentlich ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die ganze Anlage ist runter gekommen, die Bilder aus dem Internet täuschen einen komplett! Der Pool ist nicht zu benützen, der Strand ist dreckig, erst am 4ten Tag wurde er dann aufgeräumt, es gab Bettwanzen… das Wasser geht immer wieder nicht, manchmal mehrere Stunden.
Die Angestellten sprechen gar kein Englisch!!

Elle a été aux petits soins pour nous
Jolie petite piscine
Proche de la Choza le meilleur restaurant de l île tenu par un français et presque au milieu de la jungle

Cons:

Débit d eau dans la douche très très faible.

There needs to be an emergency response service available, and it should be mantadory that clients receive a number they can call upon arrival. The island is desolate and if any emergency happened someone would need help.

Lugar tranquilo, hermoso y con Playa a pocos minutos.
Pros:

La ubicación está bien para los que les gusta caminar, es alejado de todo, no hay ruido externos a excepción de animalitos. Es como una mini jungla. Me encantó

Cons:

Recomiendo que dispongan transporte permanente con tarifa establecidas sin abusar

Nice getaway location to enjoy the beach.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The meals they prepared were very good. The room we had was spacious and clean.

Cons:

There should have been a meal option as everything was ala carte. Offering an all inclusive option would have been nice.

We made such lovely friends and beautiful memories in just the 5 days that we were there.
Pros:

It was peaceful and secluded. You felt like the only people on the island. It felt like a small family and the best part was Mary, the service from her made you feel like you were at home, she is such a wonderful person.

Cons:

You could do with someone to help you take your luggage up from the beach to your accommodation.

Pros:

Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The food is extremely overpriced, there are thousands of crabs that kept us up all night, the door doesn't actually fully close so many bugs come into the room at night, the air conditioning is at a fixed temperature and you can't change it (it was way too cold we had to wear sweatpants and a sweater), many water leaks in the room, and there was no one else in the resort. The only thing good was the staff was nice. I kindly asked them for a refund for our last two nights, and the people over WhatsApp started to become extremely rude with me. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
