Не бих препоръчала този хотел! Има нужда от реновация, но проблемът ми е повече в чистотата!
Pros:

На 15 минути е с кола от лифта за Рилските езера.

Cons:

Разбирам, че за тази цена е нормално да не е лукс стаята, но очаквам поне да е чисто, а то не беше. Имаше косми в банята и тоалетната не беше изчистена! Няма климатик в стаята, нито хладилник, телевизора нямаше сигнал. На закуската имаше пържени филии, хляб, масло, 2 вида салам, кренвирши, сирене, краставици и домати - общо взето беше това, а напитките си ги купуваш. Не бихме се върнали в този хотел и се радваме, че бяхме само за 1 нощувка!

Nice location, the rooms are ok. The food in the restaurant is quite nice.

Cons:

Not the worst hotel qua facilities, but they're not very attentive to their clients.

We came during the official check in hours, but had to wait for hour and a half because our room wasn't ready. The staff at the reception didn't apologise for the delay or offer us any drinks while we waited.

In the evening after the restaurant of the hotel closed the young waiters who work there stayed until after midnight, laughing and putting loud music on their phones right under hotel balconies.

Отличное расположение, красиво чистый воздух и очень красиво.

Cons:

В номере было очень холодно, нагреватель включили за 5 минут до нашего приезда, нам пришлось сидеть ещё 2 часа в куртках. Мы снимали номер люкс ион довольно просторный и всего один обогреватель. Нам пришлось уехать на день раньше так как было холодно в номере.

Dieses Hotel kann man zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt NICHT empfehlen
Pros:

- die Lage ist sehr schön im Wald gelegen
- man könnte von dort aus viele
Unternehmungen starten

Cons:

- runtergekommendes Hotel
- es müsste KOMPLETT renoviert werden
- wir sind dort fast allein gewesen was
sehr gruselig war
- das einzige Personal was wir gesehen
haben war eine Dame mit wenig Elan
- wenn das ein Hotel ist, was mehr für
Wintersport geeignet ist, dann sollte
man es im Sommer. schließen und aber
wirklich ALLES renovieren, es gab keine
gepflegte Ecke
- wir sind diesbezüglich am nächsten
Tag wieder abgereist, weil wir uns nicht
wohl gefühlt haben
