Pros:

Хареса ми спа центърът, вътре беше чисто и добре поддържано, също това, че няма изпарения и миризма на хлор, персоналът там беше любезен.

Cons:

1. Не ми допадна част от персонала в ресторанта и в бюфета, личеше си, че нямат желание за работа, освен това говорят на чужд език пред гостите и ги коментират.
2. Храната беше с ниско качество и много беден избор, 3 дни ми беше изключително трудно да намирам нещо подходящо за дете на 5 години. Ако имаше нещо хубаво, то свършваше бързо и не се зараждаше повторно, т.е ако отидеш след 20:00 часа на вечеря няма да разбереш, че се е предлагало изобщо. Първата вечер имаше мешана скара, от която всичко беше сурово.
3. Този тип блок маса, в който ти сервират изобщо не ми допадна, осъзнавам, че това е начин за ограничаване на прековерното изхвърляне на храна, но дори и на мен като човек, който не прекалява, ми се стори неприятно.

A high recommended pla e to stay and unwind!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was very delicious, there was variety every day. The servers at the restaurant were kind and helpful. The reception staff were extremely helpful. The spa area was very clean. The pool was obviously amazing with the mineral water and helped me a lot! The cleaning ladies were so kind and even arranged my child's toys for her when they cleaned. There was enough parking for our stay too.

Cons:

Nothing that I did not like. As I said, perfect!

Беше чудесно и си починахме добре, справедлива цена за удобството и комфорта.
Pros:

За първи път бяхме в Павел баня. Всичко ми хареса. Хотела е супер, храна добра, обслужване отлично, чистота на много високо ниво. Спа страхотно.Паркирането беше проблем, нямаше достатъчно място на регулирания паркинг към хотела. Бих го препоръчала на приятели. Всичко е направено с много вкус и финес. Персоналът е вежлив. Стаята много шик. Вложено е много за удобството на гостите. Продължете в същия дух и се развивайте.Успех на целия мениджърски екип.

паркирането е проблем.

Чудесен хотел
Pros:

Хотела е хубав, комфортен и много чист. Стаята е с добри размери, с много удобен матрак.Всичко е прекрасно.

Cons:

Не ми допада това,че ти дават храната зад параван служители на хотела,които не винаги знаят какво съдържа тя.а не можеш да си вземеш сам. Явно останала мярка от КОВИД-19. Но то и там, където е храната е много тясно. Да не говорим,че за пет звезди тази храна не отговаря. Вкусно е всичко , но смятам, че за тези пари трябва още много да се постараят
