Харесаха ни много стаите , басейна ,спа центъра

Cons:

Храната беше вкусна с изключение на напитките ,кафето беше трагедия.Обслужването не беше много на ниво има какво да се желае и това че някой ти дава храната все едно си се наредил на щанда в кварталния супермаркет също.Бих предпочел да бъде на шведска маса,но това си въпрос на избор.

Много ни хареса, хотела е разкошен, а Спа зоната е една от най-добрите в които съм била.
Pros:

Много ни хареса отношението и посоката на осъзнатост, която се усеща, като концепция във всеки един от детайлите в хотела и отношението на персонала. Аромат на чистота, нищо излишно, естествени материали, добър дизайн, умело използвана българска символика, връщаща ни към корените ни. Спа зоната е много добре направена и нищо не е спестено. Масажа също ми хареса. Много хармонично място на което бихме се върнали отново.
Закуската беше чудесна и по-различна от блок масите в другите хотели, явно има veryдобър шеф готвач в ресторанта. Хареса ни и това, че бюфета беше изолиран със стъкла, като превенция за хигиена и чистота и не се рови в нея от гостите на хотела, а ти се поднася сервирана.

Cons:

Липсваха ни повече зеленчуци и на двете хранения, нямаше много вегетарианска храна и вегански сладкиши, което трябва да се предвиди за хора, които не ядат месо, или диабетици.
В стаята ни за съжаление се развали вратата на дограмата и въпреки, че я ремонтираха , отново не се затваряше , което за мен беше много дискомфортно, заради зимното време. Имаше проблем и със сешоара, но веднага беше отстранен . Персонала веднага реагира, но би било по-добре, ако няма такива проблеми и да се прави по-честа профилактика, защото хотела държи високо качество и чистота.

Pros:

Закуските и вечерите бяха хубави и вкусни. Хубав СПА комплекс. Любезно обслужване на рецепцията.

Cons:

Стаята беше на първия етаж над входа, с малки прозорци. Преградата между банята и помещението не прикриваше изцяло банята и това създаваше дискомфорт.
