Easy to find. Delicious meals from the cafe but the colour of the curtains doesn't make the room look cool.
Pros:

There used to be a cafe at the entrance so you can order the meals from them till 8pm and the food was soooo delicious.

Cons:

The curtains are orange so they make the room look hot when sunlight shines through. The colour of the curtains should be in the dark shades to make the room look cool.

I give 10/10 to this hotel
Pros:

The hotel is looking good and so clean. Location of this place is excellent. Easily to go a lot of places for traveling in phitsanulok. Food at hotel is good taste. Stuff hotel is so helpful and they have a GlassElevator for going up to the rooms.

Great budget stay
Pros:

Great value, clean and comfortable hotel. Receptionist spoken broken English but can communicate ok. Great food market close by. Close to both train and bus stations. Couldn't fault anything. Highly recommended for the price

Completely refurbished - highly recommended.
Pros:

Only just finished a complete refurbishment so it was in pristine condition. Excellent spotless nicely decorated room and toilet / shower room. Very comfortable bed. Helpful desk staff. Nice freshly cooked simple breakfast. Good parking.
Fantastic value all for less than 500 baht. A separate cafe restaurant was about to open on 7 January. Looks smart.

The hotel fascia has been restyled and the name on the front is now "Ava Hotel" (see picture). Updated and modern appearance.

A no frills hotel but I have absolutely no complaints. Exactly what I was looking for and will stay there again.

Fantastic value and clean hotel. Could not fault anything. Highly recommended.
Great cafe right in front also owned by the same people and as a coffee afficiando they do a very good flat white which is hard to find in Thailand.

Pros:

Losts of noises at night and the beds we're hard, also the sheets and pillow were not in a good condition and had multiple rips in them. While the staff was friendly, the place was still halfway under construction and hard to find. Not to mention the whole time during the stay, there were no other foreigners to be seen
