Butikowy hotel z zaledwie kilkoma pokojami w ciekawym stylu, estetycznie zaplanowana przestrzeń w hotelu, obok recepcji mały basen z prysznicem i sala z książkami. Wyjątkową gościnność ze stron obsługi, podczas zameldowania dostajemy napój, wodę, ręcznik do schłodzenia. Pokoje małe, ale wystarczające. Pomimo dotarcia przed czasem zameldowania obsługa zadbała, aby pokój był przygotowany wcześniej. Parę chwil spacerkiem do starego miasta. Śniadanie do wyboru: tradycyjne tajskie albo kontynentalne wybierane dzień wcześniej, dobra kawa z ekspresu

A beautiful hotel, lively staff and well positioned - a couple of draw backs but on the whole a good stay

Sanctuary in Phuket
Pros:

Our room was a lovely refuge, close enough to easily walk to the hustle and bustle of Old Town, but just enough out of the way to feel out of the fray. Breakfast was amazing!

האוכל שנים מגישים לארוחת בוקר חלום, מזמינים מתפריט כל מה שרוצים, וזה כוללצוות ממסעדות מקומיות אותנטיות ומיוחדות.. עפנו על זה! המלון ברמת גימור סופר יוקרתית, הכול בהליכה מהמלון.. אין סוף מסעדות וכו'.. אבל בתכלס מה שהכי קנה אותנו ולכן הארכנו את השהות שלנו בעוד יומיים.. זה הצוות, כלללל מההה שביקשנו מהם עם עזרו, לתאם טיולים, להציע מסעדות, איפה לעדות מסאז, עזרה עם לקנות תרופות.. ואו!

OK, the staff are exceptional at this hotel and the breakfast is absolutely amazing..

Cons:

However, please note that there’s no restaurant or bar in the hotel and there is no vibe. It feels really lonely and isolating staying at this hotel somehow I think it’s because of the design. Not having a restaurant makes the hotel feel really empty and is isolating

Pros:

An oasis of calm in the craziness of phuket. Staff friendly and helpful, tours and taxis arranged for us. Attention to detail in nightly notes and tea. Hotel is close to the walking streets, but not in it.

Cons:

I liked everything.....If you want a busy, people filled hotel then this small boutique hotel isn't for you.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The service was excellent and location was close to the old town. The Thai breakfast was amazing (although portions were too big for us) and genuinely couldn’t fault any part of our stay.
