Pros:

Everything, it was just perfect. Spacious clean room, good room service. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location, it's right next to the main bus terminal. The hotel is a walking distance away from the night market.
There's also a motocycle rental, right next to the hotel.

Pros:

Good facilities in a nice size room. Nice bathroom and shower, all very clean. Good breakfast for Asian traveller, limited choice for me. Ideal for stop-over for short stay. Good parking area, away from main highway. Short walk to restaurants on the main road.

Cons:

Damaged wall tile in bathroom is a safety hazard. Condition of hotel is looking tired, but is clean.
