Good location and very nice staff
Pros:

Very practical location. Staff is very kind and helpful. You can buy fresh water for great price on-site.
I chose it as it was very close to our bus stop for the next morning. Nice restaurants nearby. Comfortable large beds with aircon, we had a very good night sleep.

Cheap simple comfortable
Pros:

Decent walk about 20 mins to old town or a cheap 5 mins taxi. Massive bed in big room. AC worked well and room was clean enough

Cons:

Just needs a little TLC. Some paint and funds would go a long way

Bad Experience, no cleanness at all, bad customer service, Worst place.
Pros:

We liked nothing.

Cons:

There was no such breakfast. The reception desk people were rude and did understand english. On entering our room, we saw a cockroach on the wall. It is a bad place to stay and not value for money. The reception desk people need to follow some course on customer service which might help them. It looked more like a haunted house than a hotel. This place should be removed from booking.com

Short stay in Phuket.
Pros:

The price. Booked as a budget stay but was disappointed at the level the hotel was at.

Cons:

Where to start. Large room being the only redeeming feature our booking said garden view. Which was basically a wall with laundry in front of the balcony. Towels were microfibre so weren’t able to dry properly after a shower. The sheets and bedcover were extremely poor quality and very dirty. Cockroaches running across the floor. The room wasn’t as described facility wise. But the worst thing was the housekeeping. As you can’t flush paper down the toilet you would expect the bin to be emptied every day. Wasn’t emptied once in our 3 night stay. It’s advertised as SHA quality. It’s not. Very very disappointing
