El baño está súper bien, es muy grande y las camas son cómodas.

Que la puerta del baño fuera de cristal. AunQue la foto que tenían en la puerta del refugio era muy bonita.

Entirely renovated hotel, very modern. Good location to visit the Sierra Nevada. Fairly quiet street. Free parking 5 minutes away.

Cons:

The mattress was too soft. The building has very poor noise insulation so you can hear people closing doors, coming and going and talking, even with your door closed. No tea or coffee (or even a Keller) provided.
Very few restaurants were open nearby.

Buenas instalaciones, pero el gerente bastante poco empático, lo que me hace quedarme con mal sabor de boca.

Cons:

Tuvimos que salir una noche antes de lo previsto, porque por el temporal no pudimos esquiar. Les pedí si podían devolvernos el coste de la última noche, aun asumiendo nosotros la comisión que tuvieran que pagar. Teníamos 2 dobles durante 4 noches. Primero me dijeron que había una comisión. Cuando les dije que yo la asumía, me dijeron que no podía anular con tan poco tiempo porque no tenían tiempo suficiente para realquilarla. Luego el problema no era la comisión de la agencia....
Soy consciente de que no es culpa suya la nevada que ha caído y que nos ha hecho regresar antes de tiempo sin esquiar. Pero algo más de empata y menos avaricia, hubiera sido lo coherente.

Pros:

Lo mejor era llegar después de tanto frio en sierra nevada y tener a tu disposición el aire acondicionado
Tener nevera para las 4 cosas indispensables
