Pros:

Lugar é um bom custo benefício, bem estruturado!

Cons:

Único ponto é que os funcionários não são muito simpaticos e a área de banho no banheiro não é muito limpo, encontramos até pequenas larvas nos rejuntes do piso.

Pros:

Excellent roomservice. That you could go and leave whenever you wanted and didn’t have to check in anywhere. It was being at home far away.

Cons:

There was a hole in the bathroom wall that were taped with a plastic board which falles down in the middle of the night very scary.

Very good
Pros:

It was clean and they come and clean your room everyday. Bedsheets are very soft. Location is very quiet.

Cons:

basically the room fits the description, however it's definitely a hotel room, not an Appartment.
The whole room incl. terrace (very tiny and with nothing to sit) and the bathroom (very poor pressure) are maybe 18m² in total, so quite small.
There's a key card to activate electricity, unfortunately they put the fridge on the same circuit. Therefore it's not possible to store food.
Was missing a kettle as well.
The washmashine is not included in the room and is 40THB per laundry.
