Aceptable para una estadía corta
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El personal amable/atento, y el edificio es viejo, conservado con mantenimiento básico.

Cons:

La habitación que me asignaron era chica pero cómoda. El baño tenía una pérdida de agua que ocurria cada vez que se accionaba la cisterna (muy vieja, probablemente de cuando inauguraron el edificio)

Pros:

Nada, su responsable canceló la reserva por un malentendido con mi hijo.
Yo había solicitado la reserva y solicité a mi hijo que enviara los documentos de identidad, lo que hizo desde su teléfono por whatsapp.

Cons:

Al intentar yo mediar y al decirle que tenía la confirmación en mi correo, no me quiso escuchar, de muy malas maneras repitió que no teníamos reserva y nos dejó sin habitación con un niño de 4 años.
Nunca en mi vida, tengo 72 años, vivi una situación así con tanta violencia implícita.

Pros:

La piscina climatizada una maravilla. Cuando leí las condiciones me pareció exagerado lo de reservar y poder ir solo una hora, pero estando ahí comprobé que es la forma de mantener la piscina en condiciones, que no haya muchas personas (el tamaño de la piscina no lo permitiría) y que se mantenga un ambiente tranquilo...

Cons:

Poco espacio. Esperar que salga el agua caliente de la ducha. Que no haya wi fi en las habitaciones. Que no se presten sillas de playa ni toallas para la piscina.
