Nice Location. Walkable distance from Rocky Beach promenade, where you can enjoy sunrise dailt and also enjou alking in Night. Major attractions are near by, with in walkable distance. Arvind Ashram and Ganesha Temple are very close. Very supportive staff.

Cons:

Room rent is on Higher side. Can get good options at similar room rent.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. I was traveling with an 80-year-old relative, and the staff’s care and attention made all the difference. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the Aurobindo Ashram, the Ganesh Temple, shopping areas, restaurants, the beach, the Samadhi, and nearby bookstores.

What truly stood out was the service. One evening, my elderly relative misplaced his room key while I was out. The staff immediately contacted me, opened the room for him, helped him get settled, made sure he was comfortable, and assisted him in finding the key. Their support and kindness in that moment meant a lot, and I honestly can’t thank them enough.

Everything about the stay—from the convenience of the location to the warmth and professionalism of the staff—was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The hotel pictures are misleading and not value for money. The rooms are basic and bathrooms are very run down. There is no hot water and the room was not very clean. Breakfast is also very basic. The property is also not very clean and badly maintained. There are 3 people sitting at the reception desk busy looking at their phones, yet not one of them can pick up a broom and sweep the place. The hotel is a 2 star place and definitely not worth the price.
