The staff were very approachable and helpful. The location of the accommodation is convenient.
The hot tub was not clean, the drain was clogged so the bathroom started flooding when we emptied the bathwater. We had to clean it ourselves because it was late night. Please ensure to clean the hot tubs and drains regularly. It was not pleasant
The rooms were neatly maintained & the staff is very courteous and helpful.
The breakfast area’s hygiene can be improved a lot. Though the food was good, the experience of eating in the breakfast area was not the best.
The hotel offered an upgraded room and it was amazing with a Jacuzzi in the bedroom and the cleanliness of the room was good. We requested to clean the room the 2nd day and it was spotless in just half n hr.
The food was terrible as they did not have a cook and the housekeeping had to cook who sadly had no idea to make a simple dosa. To add to this the kitchen was open in the terrace and it gave advantage to squirrels and birds to access the kitchen easily. I would rate the least for the kitchen cleanliness.

The balcony view was a very old dirty pond with too much mosquitos.
A very shabby and dirty room was given for the first night. Later a better room was given. But the experience was not good at all
Nothing is good apart from the staffs
Pool was good.. however, breakfast options could be better and little early cuz we travelled with a kid and had to wait until 9 for breakfast.
