My third stay in this beautiful characterful property.
Pros:

The friendliness and courtesy we met at our arrival. We were given nicer rooms than we expected and that was lovely.
The staff were all friendly and wanted to help.
Our evening dinners were delicious. Lovely to eat some french food.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the courtyard wasn’t washed so early as I was woken at 6 each morning and my room was on the courtyard. If the bucket was plastic instead of metal I might not have woken!

Annoying middle class tourists are a hassle in any country, but they were exceptionally oblivious & annoying in Pond

Great location and staff, comfortable stay!
Pros:

Staff were brilliant! Tulasi, Rani and Ram were so helpful and attentive. The property itself is lovely

Cons:

The room Nellore was fairly basic; would have been nice to have curtains in the room.

Would love to come back again.
Pros:

Mr. Ram and the staff were lovely, and it was a real heritage property with authenticity, from the furnishings, architecture and general feel. Breakfast and mealtimes exceeded expectations.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor, which meant that it could get noisy during mealtimes. However, it was quiet at night. All good :)

Good location, pretty room, bathroom needs some work
Pros:

- We were upgraded which was a bonus, to a large room with a lovely balcony.
- Friendly staff
- Decent shower although sometimes the water temperature was hit and miss (in the morning)
- Good location, attractions and seafront easily walkable
- Breakfast good, with more options catering for western tourists too. Freshly made omelette and dosa available.
- Pretty room, with unique furniture

Cons:

- A/C not very strong
- Fans are quite wobbly which is a bit worrying when they are above you
- Toilet wasnt refilling after flushing
- No sealed bottled water provided
- Room portholes had no covers so let in light in the morning
- Bed quite small

Nice trip good place for 2 days short trip
Pros:

Nice place, polite staffs, quite clean. Location is very convenient. Just two minutes' walk to the rock beach.

Cons:

But there is some network issue in room. There was completely no network Airtel, Vodaphone.
Totally dependent on internet.
