Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
The location was brilliant, not too far to walk to Vieux Quebec, or the Citidelle. The staff were very welcoming and willing to help. It was a quiet hotel, no rowdy guests. The room was comfortable and had lovely old shutters on the windows, and was in keeping with the age of the building.
As the building was quite old, their was not much insulation, so you could hear the footsteps from room above quite clearly, and the plumbing from other rooms was quite noisy as well.

Location for walking to the Citadel was excellent. Able to venture out for dinner and walking tours at our leisure. The overall atmosphere of the city and the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff made our experience relaxed and enjoyable.

The staff were super thoughtful! We got in before the check-in time and dropped off our bags. When we came back in the evening, they had thoughtfully moved everything to our room. It was such a treat to not have to haul up our bags after a long day of sightseeing.
The staff were also lovely for breakfast, making a variety of coffee drinks to go with our breakfast.

Room decent size, comfy and authentic. Location easy access to all local sightseeing. Parking a little complicated due to one way system and diversions
Nothing to dislike.
The location is wonderful. Within walking distance to all of the old québec. The staff was helpful. Though no on site parking a public garage was avaliable at a reduced rate through the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. We were a group of 4 so not as many seating options but there was always a table available in the back.
About a 7 min walk to parking.
