Très belle expérience dans un lieu calme et paisible
Pros:

Hôtel très mignon et extrêmement bien placé, des chambres grandes et chaleureuses avec un personnel extrêmement adorable

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner inclus dans notre offre était légèrement en-deçà de nos attentes pour un petit-déjeuner continental

Pros:

Ubicación excelente para recorrer las principales atracciones a pie. Muy linda la decoración de la habitación.

Cons:

Un poco caro, pero los precios de Quebec son caros. El desayuno no tenía demasiada variedad.

Pros:

Great location in the Old Quebec City. Close to the Citadel and the rest of the Old Quebec attractions. It is in a historical building so the room is not big but enough for my husband and I. The only suggestion is the pillows are bit low for me but maybe great for other people. Parking for unloading/loading is challange but again it is in the old city.

Great location and room
Pros:

Room is very cute and well laid out with everything you need. Location is great, can walk to everything in the old city.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing and it's weird how you can't serve yourself when it's just continental breakfast.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée à 16h30. Nous en avons informé la personne responsable, qui nous a dit que cela était normal puisque notre chambre était en plein soleil, la température devrait descendre. À notre retour le soir, toujours pas de climatisation et la température de la chambre est la même. Après avoir fait la demande de vérifier cela on nous apprend que finalement la climatisation ne fonctionne plus depuis les dernières rénovations. La personne a l'accueil nous a fourni un ventilateur portable à notre demande. Il aurait été préférable que la personne à l'accueil nous donne les bonnes informations dès notre arrivée.

Gute Lage an der Altstadt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber es genügt nur zum Übernachten. Es gibt einige Zettel mit Hausregeln. Überschaubares Frühstück in geschmackloser Umgebung. Zu teuer.

Personnel accueillant, disponible et serviable. Dès notre arrivée la jeune dame à la réception nous a remis une carte d'accès (19$ CA de plus par jour) pour le stationnement SPAQ-d'Youville. Un plus pour nous car nous avions des activités prévues en dehors de la ville. Petit déjeuner continental frais servi à chaque matin. Le personnel ont mis notre nourriture que nous désirions manger eux même dans notre assiette pour éviter la contamination croisée. Notre chambre était petite mais parfaite pour un couple. Elle était très propre, tel que sur les photos, avec une vue sur le château Frontenac. En plein coeur du Vieux-Québec cet hôtel était parfaitement situé. Nous recommanderons cet hôtel à tous les gens qui prévoirons un séjour à Québec. Si nous prévoyons revenir, nous allons loger à cet hôtel à nouveau sans hésitation! Rapport qualité prix très intéressant avec déjeuner inclus dans le tarif lors de la réservation.
