Pros:

The proximity to everything, and the walk-ability. The history of the building and the family that owns the inn. The front desk associates were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The parking situation was a bit frustrating. But, I suppose it isvto be expected staying in the old part of the city.

I highly recommend this property.
Pros:

We booked this hotel for the Quebec Winter Carnival. It was perfectly situated. All we did was walk up the hill about three blocks to all the festivities. The room was small and clean. We only had a couple of midsize suitcases to step around. I highly recommend this property. The breakfast was limited, but one could find something to eat.

Cons:

They had an elevator, which was important for me as I have bad knees. There were restaurants just down the street ... lots of options.

Excellent location for winter carnival!

Location, location, location! Very convenient for Winter Carnival activities.

Cons:

Everything at the property is very clean and nice but could use a decorative refresh. Furnishings are somewhat dated & haphazardly put together. Breakfast was adequate but the dining area was cafeteria-like.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Excellent continental breakfast; perfect location for walking all over the city; parking not very far away and very reasonable; unloading zone in front of hotel so you don't have to carry your luggage from the garage.

Pros:

Tres bien situé pour se promener au vieux-quebec.

Cons:

Le déjeuner était décevant par rapport au prix d'une nuitée.
Le personnel était très gentil mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils devaient contrôler à ce point une machine à café et à crêpe automatique.

Wonderful location and friendly staff - will be back for sure!
Pros:

The location is fantastic! Easy to walk around Old Quebec and visit historical sites. Situated just inside the walls of Old Quebec was the perfect place to be for Carnival!

Cons:

Parking could have been explained better. The underground lot is a few blocks away and the ticket system is a bit confusing. One hotel employee explained one ticket = one entry & one exit, but the other said they expire every 24 hours.
