Wonderful location and friendly staff - will be back for sure!
Pros:

The location is fantastic! Easy to walk around Old Quebec and visit historical sites. Situated just inside the walls of Old Quebec was the perfect place to be for Carnival!

Cons:

Parking could have been explained better. The underground lot is a few blocks away and the ticket system is a bit confusing. One hotel employee explained one ticket = one entry & one exit, but the other said they expire every 24 hours.

Great getaway
Pros:

Fantastic location, good room for a few nights, friendly staff.

I wished the parking was included with the cost of the room, and the beds could be a little more comfortable

Lovely!
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Great location. Staff was very friendly. Easy and nice place all around. Room was small, just like a typical European hotel!
Parking arrangement was simple. Breakfast was good. Great coffee!
Can’t beat the price for a place in the old city!

L'accueil et la bienveillance des gens à notre beau séjour

Cons:

Le fait que ns ns trouvions à Québec.....ville francophone et que l.une du personnel du petit déjeuner ne parlais pas français et ne se forçait pas pour les clients de les comprendre
Je parles un peu l'anglais et je m'efforce quand je dois l'ulitiliser, parcontre je m'attends au même effort à l'inverse...
Et ce n'est pas ce qui est arrivée malheureusement! La personne pouir la cuisson des bagel ,pain et le service des jus ne parlais qu'anglais et ne s'efforçait pas à vouloir comprendre ce que mon conjoint voulait .
Cette personne est une adolescence mais la tristesse de cette épisode est que NS ÉTIONS AU QUÉBEC ET EN PLUS DANS LA VILLE DE QUÉBEC......mon attente était que ns ns fesions comprendre en français .

This was our 2nd time thee and we would return. Beds were very comfortable!
Pros:

The good that was served was very good.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but when I asked if they had eggs and they said yes, I didn’t realize they meant hard boiled only. I found the dining area a little out dated and it did not exude any warmth.

I’d recommend it to friends.
Pros:

The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room staff were wonderful. In an era of hotel cutbacks, it was a treat to have the room made up each day. Using our own phone number for the room entry code was genius.

Cons:

It’s very minor, but as a tea drinker, more variety in tea options at breakfast (English breakfast or a simple black tea, for example). Finding available convenient outlets for charging electronics wasn’t easy with over crowded extension cords, a power bar bedside would be great.

Proximité de tout dans le vieux Québec.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner impeccable, bon choix et aussi le fait que le comptoir est avec service . Très apprécié.
Aussi rassuré quant à la propreté, salubrité etc.

Cons:

Rien à redire endroit propre et tranquille.

Lovely staff, beautiful facilities and prime location.

Cons:

Only negative (nitpicking) is the noise coming from other rooms when someone is running a shower. Woke us up a couple of times.

Great stay and right in the heart of the city !
Pros:

The room was just as I expected and as advertised the website . Breakfast every morning was great and there were 2 attendants there to serve you. The location is great right in the heart of the old town. Just a short walk to restaurants and points of interest. Would definitely stay here again !
