Super séjour de 3 nuits.
Pros:

Bon déjeuner, propreté et proximité des principaux sites. Stationnement près du manoir.

Good choice in Old Town
Pros:

The location is great, the bed was comfortable. The place is clean.

Cons:

It's probably typical of any room in the old town - the room was small (but well thought), and the price was competitive but still high. You pay a premium for being in the old town. I would do it again though.

Très bien situé
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel sympathique.

Cons:

C'est un peu vieillot et à notre arrivée dans la salle de bain il y avait des cheveux par terre et les tasses à café n'étaient pas bien laver.
Les fenêtres de la chambre ne sont pas
isolées on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue.
Une des lampes de chevet ne fonctionnait pas.

Not great.
Pros:

Location is amazing. Super clean too.

Cons:

The room above us had someone pacing around and dropping stuff on the floor until way after the middle of the night. It was so loud. Called the desk was told to try again in the morning. emailed to ask about another room. Nothing. We checked out a day early and paid full pop anyway. For almost $ 400.00 a night, the guests should expect service and a quiet place to sleep. We got neither.

Great Location To Old Quebec
Pros:

We like the location of this property. It was close to the old wall and just around the corner you were in Old Quebec. There are hot and cold items available for breakfast. There are staff members there who make the hot beverages and assist with serving certain items. Loved having a cappuccino every morning. There is also a small sitting area in the lobby where you can make a cup a tea anytime during your stay. If you are driving, use the parking option offered at the hotel. It is discounted and a better price than securing parking other ways.

Cons:

We were on the top floor so our room had slanted ceilings. It was something we had to keep in mind so we wouldn't keep bumping our heads. We did get used to it during our three night stay. While I think the decor is supposed to be more old world or European, it felt more outdated than European.

We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this place to others or stay there again
Pros:

hotel was within walking distance of everything including many good restaurants. All staff were friendly and helpful. room and property were very clean and well maintained. breakfast was good and quick. breakfast staff were efficient and helpful

Cons:

the air conditioning in one of the 2 rooms could have been cooler but it was exceptionally hot outside. it seemed fine before it got really hot outside.

Cozy, old-fashioned stay conveniently located and offering a generous breakfast. Staff is great!
Pros:

The location was good, very walkable to town and the Citadel. The bed and the room temperature were very comfortable and I liked the bathroom supplies provided. There was a nice variety of food offered for breakfast, and the staff helping to serve were very polite and friendly.

Cons:

The room was a little dated looking, but we didn't really mind. We had to climb some stairs to get to our room, which was a little tricky with baggage, but again, not that big a deal (though it might be for some).
