Excellent location for old Quebec.
Pros:

The location is excellent, in the middle of everything you would want to see and do in old Quebec. They have eased up on the service only by the workers at breakfast which is good. It must have been oppressive to have had to order every item from a server as was done before according to descriptions.

Cons:

Three capsules for the coffee machine is a little parsimonious for 2 guests in the room. A note informing that they would charge more if a guest asked for more. The room cost enough that I think they could have been more generous.

Bien passé, confortable, mais une ambiance un peu « radin » dont un hôtel de cette catégorie pourrait se passer.
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé et confortable.

Cons:

Pour le petit déjeuner, on voyait que les employées avaient des consignes de limiter les consommations. Et pour le parking, on nous a répété longuement qu’on devrait payer 200 $ si on ne rapportait pas la carte de parking…

Personal agradable, especialmente las chicas del comedor. La chimenea artificial de la habitación.

Cons:

Desayuno flojito y espacio del comedor pequeño, ducha sin alcachofa de manos, habitación ajustada. Algo ruidosa de la habitación de arriba.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is classy and the staff is fantastic.

Charming, perfectly located
Pros:

Fabulous location! Our room was large for an older property and included a couch and desk and fully stocked Nespresso machine. We faced the street and there was traffic noise in the morning, but it was not disruptive. Breakfast was excellent, offering fruit, yogurts, eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, juices, coffee selections. Charming hotel, attentive staff, clean and safe. Highly recommend

Cons:

On street parking is a challenge, and nearest garage is 8-10 min walk but reasonably priced.

Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt, weder Ei ( einzige Version kaltes hartgekochtes und unzuschälendes ) aber Speck, sonst zuviel süß.
