Amazing stay - best location - highly recommend
Pros:

The stay was great, nice big rooms with lots of space and natural light - our room was located in probably the best location as we were able to choose to go down to lower old Quebec very easily as the hotel is located right near the stairs. Room was very clean and well prepared for a great stay. I was very happy with the room and would recommend to anyone visiting Quebec for the first time.

Cons:

I’m not sure if it was just me because I can’t find any reviews on it but when I was checking in or accessing the hotel I was a bit confused where to leave our bags. we received an email before arriving at our stay and it had no mention of a place to leave our bags. Especially because there’s no concierge I couldn’t ask anyone where or if there was a place. Again not sure if it was just me but I think it should be included in the email. Other than that I have no complaints

L’isolation est moyenne. Le vent passait à travers les fenêtres fermées mais ça n’a pas miné notre séjour.

La localisation est parfaite, rue piétonne à l’entrée.
À 5 min à pied du Château Frontenac et à 15 min à pied du port de Québec.
Logement bien organisé. Salle de bain avec douche.
Accès par code communiqué 48h avant l’arrivée, entrée très simple.
Loft accessible en ascenseur mais par escalier, c’est très facile aussi.

Cons:

Pas de double vitrage.
Mon loft donnait sur la rue (pas piétonne) et l’hiver il y a le passage de la déneigeuse et il y a eu aussi le ramassage des poubelles et sans double vitrage tout passage de camions ou de bus est bruyant.

We loved the location and the ability to look out onto the city and holiday market!

Great location for the activities we had planned.

Cons:

The things we found lacking in the unit itself included, hand towels for the bathroom, a dish cloth and dish towel for the kitchen. I think a good addition would be to provide paper towels and napkins to the kitchen.

Pros:

Amazing location. Good, if fiddly parking. Everything you want is walkable from this place. Well laid out with a full set of dishes and pots and pans, which we made good use of. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Unfortunately it suffers from the 'apartment boiler' issue where the water never quite gets hot enough for a nice, hot shower if you're washing up at a normal time. Not cold, but not satisfying, either, especially if you're coming in from the chilly winter air. The open shower doesn't help the issue. That's the only criticism I have, though, and it's pretty minor.

Great location, can be more attentive
Pros:

The location is perfect, the place is comfortable and it is very well eqquiped, easy to access. Everything was working properly. Not too much noise, just a bit from the neighbor apartment.

Cons:

In the first morning, I cut my feet with what seemed to be a piece of a broken bottle, probably from the previous guest. The cleaning seemed good, but unfortunately, they missed this piece of dark shattered glass right in the middle of the kitchen. Fortunately, it was nothing major that needed stitches but I would be more careful with the cleaning after finding glass in the trash, which they probably would have if somebody broke something there before.

Also, during this booking, there were some scammers reaching out on behalf of the property. Booking.com needs to be more careful with our reservations data.

Excellent central location in Old Quebec City and outstanding accommodation.
Pros:

Les Lofts Ste Anne was in regular communication with us via email and continually checked in with us. There is no management on site since you are given a passcode to enter the building and one to enter your accommodation. The loft is like a small apartment with everything we needed. Parking is right across the street in the underground city hall parking lot; a mere 3-4 minute walk to our car. Try to park in level A or B.

Cons:

The loft (102 right on the corner) is right above the Alphonse restaurant and with the outdoor patio and traffic noise, it can be unpleasant. Having said that, the noise quieted by around 11:00 pm to allow for a pleasant sleep.
