Experiencia deplorable e insalubre: Huimos del hotel
Pros:

Lo único positivo que podemos resaltar fue el trato del recepcionista, una persona educada y amable que nos atendió correctamente y admitió las deficiencias sin poner excusas. Lamentablemente, ni su buena actitud pudo compensar el estado deplorable del lugar.

Cons:

Nuestra estancia en este establecimiento fue una auténtica pesadilla. Desde el inicio, la comunicación fue extraña, exigiéndonos un check-in antes de las 22:30 y el check out a las 10.00 . Al llegar, nos encontramos con una ubicación de difícil acceso: muchísimas escaleras, un camino de tierra sin iluminación y una sensación de inseguridad total en los alrededores.
Lo peor estaba dentro. La recepción estaba sucia y el ambiente era muy sospechoso. Al subir a la habitación (sin ascensor), la falta de higiene era alarmante:
• Humedad y suciedad: El olor era insoportable.
• Falta de limpieza profunda: Las sábanas estaban usadas por clientes anteriores y el baño no había sido desinfectado.
• Restos biológicos: Encontramos una compresa usada envuelta en papel en el lavabo. Algo totalmente inaceptable y un riesgo para la salud pública.

Cabe decir que el recepcionista fue una persona educada en todo momento; escuchó nuestras quejas y admitió las deficiencias de la habitación sin poner excusas. Sin embargo, la solución que nos ofreció tras hablar con su jefe fue un insulto: nos propusieron trasladarnos al Hotel La Curva. Al comprobar las condiciones de dicho lugar, vimos que era un establecimiento de categoría inferior, con peor aspecto y un precio de mercado mucho más barato que el que ya habíamos pagado. Fue un intento descarado de aprovecharse de nuestra situación de vulnerabilidad para reubicarnos 'a la baja' y no perder el dinero."

Afortunadamente, accedieron a la devolución del dinero porque nos negamos rotundamente a quedarnos en un lugar en esas condiciones. No recomiendo este hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia. Es un peligro sanitario y una estafa en cuanto a calidad-precio.

Las vistas de mi ventana al Sella, guau...
Pros:

Las mejores vistas con las que me he dormido y me he despertado nunca.
La simpatía de la persona que nos atendió, su atención tanto antes como durante la estancia.

El camino de acceso al hotel es estrecho, cosa que tampoco extraña teniendo en cuenta la colina en la que está situado.

Great location high up above the town - and we enjoyed the walk recommended by the staff, further up to the small church.
Our room and bathroom were basic, but very clean. The shower, as others commented, was tiny, but nice hot water!
