Niestety pobyt był bardzo niekomfortowy. W pokoju unosił się intensywny zapach potu, co było wyjątkowo nieprzyjemne. Dodatkowo było bardzo gorąco. Materac był ekstremalnie miękki, przez co spanie było niewygodne. Cena jest niska, co wiąże się z jakością.

Very comfortable place located in a beautiful place
Pros:

Very nice location, well connected to Interlaken by a regular bus service

Cons:

We went in June… it was a little warm inside the room. They had a small table fan, but maybe a bigger pedestal fan would be better.

NIce hotel but staff should make an effort to be hospitable
Pros:

While the hotel does look a bit old, it has a warm and homey atmosphere, which we appreciated. We booked four rooms, all of which were clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the rooms were somewhat noisy. Some guests arrived late at night, and we could clearly hear them dragging their luggage and talking in the hallways, which disrupted our sleep.

Overall, the rooms were good, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience was slightly marred by a lady staff member who repeatedly stared at us sternly, making us feel uncomfortable due to her incorrect accusations.

Cons:

One of the lady staff members was really rude. She repeatedly insisted that we were 10 persons, when in fact we were only 9. We had already paid separately for the additional person who availed of breakfast but was booked in another hotel.

At the time, we were the only guests in the dining area, and the issue could have been easily resolved by simply counting the number of diners present. Instead, she maintained a stern and confrontational demeanor, which was upsetting and ultimately spoiled our breakfast experience.

We would like to commend the male staff member at the reception who was polite and helpful. Despite the language barrier, he made a sincere effort to communicate between the lady staff and our group. Unfortunately, she continued to insist that we were 10 guests.

As paying customers, this situation could have been handled in a more courteous and reasonable manner.
