Very per-friendly
Pros:

We had a wonderful two-night stay. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and very pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog so easy. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and we also enjoyed a fantastic lunch during our stay. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Pros:

Staff very helpful. We had a spacious room with a terrace. Decent walk into Interlaken along a track overlooking the lake. Alternatively there is a bus stop nearby.

Cons:

There was a heatwave when we were there & the rooms do not have air conditioning.

Clean, quiet and well connected by public transport
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay and were happy with our choice. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, only about 10 minutes from Interlaken Ost by bus, with frequent bus connections throughout the day. Having a supermarket directly across the street was very convenient. Our room was small but well designed and practical, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Although there was no air conditioning, the fan provided was enough even during the warm weather. The room was clean, housekeeping was provided regularly, and overall the hotel offered excellent value for money by Swiss standards.

Cons:

The reception was often unattended, so it was sometimes difficult to find a staff member immediately if needed. However, this did not cause any real inconvenience during our stay. We did not try the restaurant, so we cannot comment on the food.

Pros:

Easy parking and near the bus stop

Cons:

The hotel needs lots of improvements. There was no outlet for the hairdryer, it's there just for decoration. Same for the bedside lamp, there is no outlet to plug it and turn it on. The shower is in very bad shape and the curtain was dark blue so once you close it you're in absolute darkness. The water temperature wasn't stable at all it would go from flaming hot to ice cold in two seconds. The price really does not reflect the commodities this was very disappointing.

Prima ontbijt en s'avonds 2x heerlijk gegeten.gratis bus naar interlaken..tip als je naar lauterbrunnen en mürren wilt 1combi ticket retour trein bus en kabelbaan mürren.. te koop aan het treinstation.€50,-aanrader.en bezoek de kerk in het dorp met uitkijkpost.echt mooi uitzicht.

God morgenmad.
Maden i restauranten rigtig god

Cons:

Kunne mangle aircondition men kun fordi der var hedebølge under opholdet.
Der var dog en elektrisk blæser der kunne anvendes.

Locatia este destul de usor accesibila de la gara.
Micul dejun a salvat mult din recenzia negativa pe care o aveam in minte. Recomand micul dejun in locul sandwich-ului de la supermarket 👍
Vedere frumoasa din camera.

Cons:

Camera a fost ca o cusca. Desi am luat camera dubla buget, nu am fost atentionati ca 2 adulti si 2 copiii nu vor sta deloc confortabil, nu ni s-a oferit o alta optiune - chiar si contra cost. In dulap era un ventilator plin de praf pe care noi l-am curatat ca sa ne “salveze” pe timpul noptii de caldura… Nu ai nevoie sa mergi la sauna pt ca stand in camera te simti ca la sauna. Foarte mult zgomot fiind fereastra la strada.
Am solicitat un bol pt a prepara mancarea bebelusului si am fost refuzati pe motiv ca “nu se mananca in camera”.

Just the location and the surrounding

Cons:

We wanted to extend our stay, but we weren’t happy with our experience, so we decided not to. It wasn’t worth what we paid. We found three cockroaches in our room during our stay, which was very disappointing.

Before check-in, the communication was excellent and the staff were very responsive. However, as soon as we checked in, their attitude changed completely. They no longer seemed interested in us or our stay and stopped responding to our messages on Booking.com, even though that was the platform where all our communication had taken place.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made our experience very disappointing, and I would not stay here again.
