Very unpleasant interaction with the person at the desk
Pros:

Easy to reach by public transportation.

Cons:

We reserved three rooms, one of which was specifically supposed to have two separate beds. To ensure this, I even cancelled an earlier reservation and paid a little more to select the two-bed option. After booking, I contacted the hotel and received written confirmation that the room would have two beds.

However, when we arrived, the room had only one bed. When I pointed this out, the gentleman at the front desk was quite rude. He claimed that the two-bed arrangement was merely a “request,” that it had never been confirmed, and that the hotel was fully booked and therefore nothing could be done. I showed him the written confirmation, but since it was written in German, he tried to argue that the wording did not constitute a confirmation. I then explained the meaning of the German wording to him in German, as I am fluent in the language, having done my undergraduate degree in Germany.

At that point, he suddenly found another room with several beds. I also observed him being rude to other guests. Overall, the interaction was unnecessarily difficult and left us with a very unpleasant first impression of the hotel.

Quiet but peaceful stay
Pros:

I liked the balcony with the room because it had a very nice view. However, it's a shared balcony with at least three other rooms. Have to close the blinds and lock everything. I like that there is an elevator in the building, but it's a very small elevator. I like that it's close to the bus stop that takes you to Interlaken Ost. The breakfast buffet doesn't have a lot but it's a good deal for when you're checking out in the morning and don't want to bring your luggages with you to eat elsewhere.

Cons:

I didn't like how quiet and moody the staff seemed. Felt a little unwelcoming. The bathroom in my room was really small and had moldy ceilings and walls. I tried not to stay in there too long. The hair dryer is also so vintage, I've never seen anything like it. It's like a box attached to the wall?? No air con, but that seems to be the norm in Switzerland. There is a fan though.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terasse auf dem wir morgens frrühstücken konnten. Unsere Freunde hatten das nicht. Aber sie sind dann morgens zu uns gekommen und wir konnten zusammen frühstücken. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht aber dafür Tischventilatoren. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert. Was uns am Besten gefiel war, dass es im Hotel einen Pizzatag gab mit reduzierten Preisen.und die Besitzerin des Hotels war sehr nett.

Cons:

Ventilatoren statt Klimaanlage, bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

A magical experience in Switzerland. Big shame the b&b was not as comfortable as expected for the monies paid.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning location and very close to interlaken OST which links to everywhere else.

Cons:

Very dated furniture, fittings and decor. Bathroom was needs an urgent refurbishment. Sadly no aircon and only one fan in the room which did not reach 3 of us in any way and no spares were available on request. Couldn’t really sleep well for all 4 nights due to uncomfortable heat and no cooling system. One set of sockets didn’t work and no sockets next to the sofa bed for charging phones etc. Staff were not the friendliest of folk and a little cold in their attitude and responses.

非常棒啊，本来对瑞士这么高性价比住宿没有报很大希望，结果交通非常方便，员工非常热情，可爱的木屋，洗浴地方很小也能理解，这个价格在瑞士住这样没话说了

Nice stay at Ringgenberg
Pros:

The hotel was really nice overall, including breakfast which had a good price. The location was excellent, taking the bus was super easy too!

Cons:

The lack of air conditioner

Buena y tranquila estadia
Pros:

La ubicacion es muy tranquila, a solo 5 minutos en bus o tren de Interlaken. El desayuno es completo, aunque podria haber mas variedad de frutas, estuvo bien.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, han hecho un esfuerzo en modernizarlas pero algunas cosas como toallas y sabanas podrian mejorar, una vez nos dieron una sabana rota y un toallon desilachado. No esta preparado para familias, ir con un niño fue algo dificil y recibi algunas quejas del dueño a pesar de que ya habia comunicado de esta situacion.

Cons:

Lo único que nos gustó algo menos es que el baño olía un poco mal, pero estuvimos bien en la habitación.

Cons:

כשהגענו לא מצאו את ההזמנה וחיכינו לבעלים. כשהגיע הציע לנו חדרון בעליית גג של 3 קומות בלי מעלית לשני מבוגרים בני 66 !!
ביקשנו שיבדוק אם יש חדר אחר והוא אמר שהוא מוכן להחזיר לנו את הכסף ושנלך למקום אחר.
בסוף "מצא" חדר עם מעלית
נראה לנו שלא אוהבים שם ישראלים
