A instalação do Hotel é nova e boa, mais falta administração/gerência! Simpatia por parte de alguns funcionários, mais sem força para tomada de decisões.

Cons:

O café da manhã muito, mas muito aquém; faltou água durante nossa estadia no quarto e a gerencia pouco se preocupou, tivemos que tomar banho, escovar dentes em outro quarto pq nao tinha ninguem para fazer a manutenção, nem limpar os outros quartos usados, o quantitativo de funcionários é insufiente para atender toda a estrutura do hotel. TV só pega YouTube! Valor cobrado da diária não condiz o que esperamos!

Nada funciona e me senti enganado a ponto de ficar umas 3 horas apenas na suíte e sai da pousada. Uma pia do banheiro nao funcionava, nos ofereceram pra ficar ocupando a suíte que pagamos e o banheiro de uma outra suíte, ontem o ralo do banheiro nao descia a água. Nao havia sabonetes no banheiro e nem pra banheira, pela qual pagamos a suite mais cara.
As lindas fotos do site nem.de longe correspondente a realidade.
Fui enganado, como ja havíamos pagado no site, preferi o prejuízo e voltar pra casa.
Pura enganação.
