Great product, helpful staff and would recommend.
Pros:

Amazing cottages, Staff very friendly and helpful. Welcome back is a nice touch including Bread, butter, milk, Orange Juice, Fruit, Breakfast cereals, Crossaints.

Location is very good, short drive to St Aubin and airport. Waitrose is the nearest big supermarket, which is well stocked.

Hotel part next door is going through renovation until Summer 2027.

Cons:

No coffee machine, but tea and instant coffee provided

So good I booked four more stays immediately
Pros:

Everything. Brilliantly laid out, great kitchen diner, good lounge with large TV. Master bedroom was spacious and the en-Suite was extravagant

Kitchen stocked with essentials as well as fruit and a welcome pack

Excellent in all ways. The staff were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much for them.

We felt relaxed and well looked after. Many thanks to all the staff involved in our stay with you..
Pros:

Everything went very well in the breakfast room, the choice of food was excellent.

Staff were excellent, friendly & attentive

Cons:

Although the weather was warm there were times when outside doors needed to be closed.
The restaurant was expensive & although the food was presented well, the quality was not reflected in the price.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

The staff were incredible. So friendly and could not do enough for you. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious. Food was wonderful .

Entspannte Tage auf der Insel.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sehr hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen.
Möglichkeit Transfers auf Anfrage zu bekommen.

Cons:

Sehr schlechte Matratzen. Komplett durchgelegen. Dies führt leider zur Abwertung.

In diesem Hotel urlauben zum größten Teil nur Engländer im Alter 60+! Fühlten uns nicht willkommen, nur als zahlender Gast geduldet
