Superb
Pros:

In my opinion this hotel deserves more than 3 stars. It's beautiful, clean, excellent location, rooms are spacious and with air con. Beds are super comfortable. TV and a mini fridge available to use. Bathroom is modern with hair dryer. We've loved to stay there.

Cons:

There is a kettle with cups and tea bags available, but sadly no coffee at all. TV has several Slovakian and German speaking channels, but sadly no English speaking at all.
Nevertheless, none of these negatives listed above spoiled our stay in this hotel. We've loved it and we'll be definitely back again.

Je to starší hotel a potrebuje rekonštrukciu ale hlavne poriadne upratovanie. Cena 100 € je veľa.
Pros:

Raňajky boli dobré.

Cons:

Izba bola nekvalitne poupratovaná. Koberce a aj steny boli flakaté. V rohoch boli pavučiny.

Hotel poznám od otvorenia robil som v ňom plesy SCP Ružomberok. Hotel dnes pôsobil smutno.
Pros:

Ochotné zamestnankyne recepcie, na oboch smenách.
Ponuka upgrade bývanie.

Cons:

Neschopnosť vyriešiť v noci kúrenie pokazeného radiátora v novej izbe, takže upgrade bol zbytočný. Nutnosť sa sťahovať o 02:00 h. ráno do inej. Vonku bolo cca. -10 st. v izbe extrémna zima.
Slabá podpriemerná ponuka na raňajkách.
Kaviareň, ktorá zatvára o 18:00 h v nedeľu keď má hotel hostí, sa koná koncert a po kocerte neochota mať otvorené aspoň hodinu pre hostí po koncerte.
