La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña. Pero el camarero se afana en atender a todo el mundo

Bonne ambiance mais assez loin du port et des plages.
Pros:

Globalement l hôtel est bien entretenu et le personnel est très sympathique!

Cons:

La chambre était petite pour deux adultes et un enfant. Le buffet très bien fourni mais le café simplement pas bon et le jus multivitamines était de l eau légèrement colorée… dommage pour un 4 étoiles…

Pros:

La relación calidad-precio. Estaba muy bien ubicado y estaba muy limpio. Bastante actualizado.

Cons:

Aunque estaba todo muy bien y el desayuno era muy completo y variado eché en falta producto de la zona. Era todo muy estándar, podría haber algo de ensaimada, embutido balear o quesos de la zona.

Very average small rooms poor location.
Pros:

It was clean, and new fixtures fitting.

Cons:

The balcony’s aren’t balcony’s sliding doors with glass in front isn’t a balcony, the bar is a locals bar which also doubles as the night restaurant and hotel restaurant , wasn’t always open for food, only at weekends. The hotel is in a grotty road no views, rooms are very very small, if your young and want to be in the center of everything in San Ann then maybe this hotel would work for you.

Pleasant stay, accommodating staff, nice modern design.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant, the interior design of the hotel was very nice. Free breakfast in the morning was a pretty decent standard. Bed's were comfortable and shower was excellent.

Cons:

The TV offers YouTube and Netflix however this wasn't working due to a network issue, when asked if it could be fixed I was reassured it would be but that never materialised. Room had a "balcony" advertised however there was about 2 inches of balcony not one you could stand outside on.
