It was clean, and new fixtures fitting.
The balcony’s aren’t balcony’s sliding doors with glass in front isn’t a balcony, the bar is a locals bar which also doubles as the night restaurant and hotel restaurant , wasn’t always open for food, only at weekends. The hotel is in a grotty road no views, rooms are very very small, if your young and want to be in the center of everything in San Ann then maybe this hotel would work for you.

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant, the interior design of the hotel was very nice. Free breakfast in the morning was a pretty decent standard. Bed's were comfortable and shower was excellent.
The TV offers YouTube and Netflix however this wasn't working due to a network issue, when asked if it could be fixed I was reassured it would be but that never materialised. Room had a "balcony" advertised however there was about 2 inches of balcony not one you could stand outside on.

De kamer was erg klein, niet vergelijkbaar met de omschrijving, de minikoelkast was te groot voor in de kast dus die hebben ze gewoon in de kamer gezet, het was maar de vraag of je lekker kon douchen i.v.m. de waterstraal, de plek van het hotel is ergens in een achterbuurt, er waren weinig zitplaatsen voor het ontbijt en als je geen plek had kon je via de achtertuin in soort van oud cafe/hostel gaan zitten waar gewoon binnen gerookt werd wat blijkbaar bij het hotel hoort.

The hotel is small but very welcoming. It is new and modern, and you can find everything you need there, including all personal facilities. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, even considering that we stayed at the end of the season. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
The only thing that wasn’t comfortable for us was the size of the room. It isn’t convenient for three people as there isn’t enough space.
