Bel soggiorno, con alcuni punti da ottimizzare.
Pros:

Ottima posizione per Campitello Matese.
Nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile fare delle passeggiate, prendere la seggiovia sia per chi scia che per chi desidera semplicemente salire più in cima.
Camera piccolina (matrimoniale) ma molto pulita (pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani).
Non posso valutare l'animazione perchè abbiamo viaggiato in coppia ma mi pareva esserci un folto gruppo di ragazzi dedicati a questo. In ogni caso la struttura mi sembra molto accogliente per le famiglie.
Staff del ristorante molto gentile, buono il cibo e porzioni abbondanti.
Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente vicino all'hotel.

Cons:

Premettendo che ho prenotato solo una settimana prima della partenza, credo che il prezzo per un weekend sia stato un po' eccessivo per i servizi forniti dall'hotel.
Nella stanza mancava una bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia, mancava una cassaforte (cosa gradita per chi si muove per fare sport e magari vuole lasciare oggetti di valore in stanza) e il bagno era sprovvisto di termosifone (il condizionatore era posizionato in un punto della stanza vicino al bagno ma - a meno che non si stava con la porta del bagno aperta- non consentiva un adeguato riscaldamento dell'ambiente nè di permettere di asciugare con un po' di tepore gli asciugamani in spugna che tendono a bagnarsi molto). Non so ovviamente se questa è prerogativa di tutte le stanze.
In ultima istanza, credo vada potenziato il numero del personale alla reception per i seguenti motivi:
- il giorno dell'arrivo ho provato a telefonare più volte per fissare il pranzo senza riuscire a prendere la linea;
- sempre lo stesso giorno abbiamo aspettato abbastanza per il check in perchè l'unico operatore al desk era impegnato in due telefonate contemporaneamente;
-il giorno del check out, allo stesso modo, abbiamo atteso abbastanza perchè c'era sempre un unico operatore impegnato sia in più check out che nell'esaudire richieste di altri clienti che interrompevano spesso.
