Le camere sono pulitissime e recenti, c’è una cura generale sulla struttura dell’albergo. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto compreso nel prezzo della camera.

Cons:

La stanza (212) era calda di notte, non è presente alcun sistema di aerazione meccanica della stanza. Servizio cena un pò deludente sopratutto nei piatti del self service della cena e in alcune giornate manca la presenza del maitre, in quelle sere (lunedì e martedì) regna un pò di anarchia nel servizio ai tavoli. Famiglie che hanno ricevuto i piatti in forte ritardo (dopo 1 ora) e spesso la cameriera della sera sbagliava di consegnare i piatti ai singoli tavoli.

Relaxing stay with beautiful views
Pros:

My husband and I spent several days of our honeymoon here, and we already want to return. The location is perfect for exploring the Three Peaks area. The view of the mountain from our room was spectacular. The spa facilities here were delightful- all clean and most with Mountain views. The breakfast was a grand buffet with made to order items included and we loved it. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the beautiful hotel and its surroundings. The facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed our time here.
However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The biggest challenge was the language barrier, as several members of the staff spoke very limited English. This led to multiple misunderstandings during our stay.
The most disappointing part came at check-out, when we were charged for several items that were not actually valid. Fortunately, after we pointed this out, the charges were corrected. We appreciate that the mistake was resolved, but it was an uncomfortable situation and should not happen, especially at a hotel of this standard.
With better English communication and a more accurate billing process, the overall guest experience would be significantly improved.
Thank you for your hospitality, and we hope these comments will help make future guests’ stays even better.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, there was no luggage assistance available, either at check-in or check-out. Traveling with a large family, this made our stay unnecessarily difficult.

The attitude of the reception staff, both during breakfast hours and at other times, was disappointing and far below the standard expected from a luxury hotel. Customer service was unhelpful and lacked flexibility.

Although I checked in late, I politely requested just one additional hour for check-out (from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) because I was traveling with a large family. My request was rejected immediately with no willingness to accommodate us.

Another issue we experienced repeatedly was during breakfast. Every single day, my family and I were asked to be seated in an isolated section, while the tables with the beautiful view were always said to be “reserved.” No one could explain why we were consistently asked to be placed in the same isolated area while other guests were seated elsewhere. When I raised this concern with the reception team, they refused to help or even investigate the matter.

As a Gulf traveler, this treatment made my family and me feel unwelcome and unfairly treated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us with that impression.

Considering the very high price of this hotel, I expected a much higher level of hospitality, professionalism, and respect. Instead, I left extremely disappointed by both the service and the lack of customer care.

I would not recommend this hotel to families from the Gulf, based on my personal experience

Magnifico, al di sopra di ogni aspettativa!
Pros:

- Hotel eccezionale, personale gentile, disponibile e competente. La posizione è fantastica. Pulizia impeccabile.
- Una bella sorpresa la merenda servita dalle fino alle 17:30 inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno!
- Nel tardo pomeriggio le camere vengono ricontrollate e risistemate.
- Era il mio compleanno (motivo del viaggio)e la mattina a colazione ho trovato sul nostro tavolo un regalo speciale offerto dai proprietari e tutto il personale mi ha fatto gli auguri, è stata una bellissima sorpresa molto gradita, fatta con attenzione e gentilezza!

Veramente non saprei cosa c'è da migliorare, è stato tutto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative!

Our stay at Naturhotel Leitlhof was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail exceeded our expectations.
The location is simply spectacular. Surrounded by the breathtaking Dolomites, the resort offers incredible panoramic views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. It is hard to imagine a more beautiful setting.
The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. Every part of the resort was spotless, our room was beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere.
The staff were exceptional. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about making our stay unforgettable. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment.
The restaurant deserves special praise. Every meal was beautifully presented, made with high-quality ingredients, and absolutely delicious. Dining at the resort was an experience in itself, and we looked forward to every breakfast and dinner.
One of the things that impressed us the most was the variety of activities and events organized every day. There was always something new to enjoy, making each day unique and adding so much value to our stay. It created a wonderful balance between relaxation, adventure, and discovering the beauty of the surrounding area.

Sehr nettes Personal. Und das Abendessen (6-Gänge-Menü) war vorzüglich. Ich würde sagen, es gehört zu den Besten Menüs, die ich je gegessen habe!
