Naturhotel Leitlhof, un paradiso reso unico da un personale straordinario

Il Leitlhof non è solo un hotel, è un'esperienza sensoriale. È il posto dove il silenzio delle montagne incontra il calore del design alpino moderno.

Le camere sono arredate con materiali naturali, dove il legno di cembro domina la scena, favorendo il sonno e il relax profondo. L'atmosfera è calda, familiare ma estremamente professionale.

La cucina è un viaggio tra i sapori della Val Pusteria. Gran parte della carne e dei prodotti proviene dal maso di proprietà (Mühlhof), garantendo una filiera cortissima e una freschezza imbattibile. I piatti sono un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione tirolese e finezza gourmet.

Il vero cuore pulsante del Naturhotel Leitlhof, al di là della struttura impeccabile, è indubbiamente il suo capitale umano. In un settore dove l'efficienza spesso rischia di diventare fredda, qui l'accoglienza è calda, autentica e profondamente personale.

Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Adolfo e Lirio sempre cortesi e disponibili anche quando i miei figli li tempestavano di domande.

Mi sono proprio rilassato, un bel grazie allo staff dell' hotel/area beauty/area wellness

Area wellness only adults fantastica (sauna bio, onsen pool, sauna finlandese con gettito di vapore, swiss pine sauna, bagno di vapore), area beauty professionale (io ho optato per massaggio con pietre balsamiche calde, massagio intgenso con arnica, mia figlia per reflessologia e massaggio ai piedi), piscina con acqua calda una interna e una esterna, palestra, tempo splendido, colazione e cena sublimi, possibilita' di pensione 3/4, garage gratuito, servizio navetta gratis per il centro e gli impianti sciistici, che dire una montagna di belle cose. Nulla da dire, avevamo addirittura le due camere comunicanti. Abbiamo chiesto cambio di cuscini e siamo stati prontamente serviti. Tutto perfetto

Es un hotel muy cómodo. Las habitaciones y el baño son amplios. Tienen un servicio de traslado a San Cándido que es muy eficiente. La atención del personal es muy buena. Las instalaciones son excelentes. Muy recomendable.

Great, location, great staff and really beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The meals at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, you really need to get room and board. Dinner was a 5 course meal every night and breakfast was lovely with egg and protein options (not always easy to find in Italy). They were also able to accommodate my dairy free restriction. Spa facilities are great, very beautiful but the best ones are in the adult only area so you must be comfortable being nude. We also received massages which were very nice, more relaxing than therapeutic but still worth it. We used hiking poles for a Tre Cime hike which was so nice not to have to travel with our own or worry about buying there. They even provide a backpack in case you don't have one in every room. Overall highly recommend!!!

Cons:

The temperature in the room was very warm at night and there is no air conditioning so the only option was to open the door at night to cool it down. It was late fall when we were there so that was fine, not a lot of bugs but seems like an oversight. They also don't have a traditional style hot tub in the spa. they have whirlpools which aren't very hot with jets and then a pool that is very hot but they don't have a hot tub with jets which we found a little odd. They make up for it with the variety of saunas and other facilities. It was also a little annoying that the pools and spa are not open after dinner.

Bella struttura, colazione e cena abbondanti. Lo staff alla reception e' molto competente e disponibile con i clienti. Possibilita' di utilizzare la SPA anche il giorno della partenza.

Cons:

Nessuna indicazione di allergeni rispetto ai piatti serviti a colazione e cena. Bottiglie d'acqua (filtrata) a pagamento a cena. Orario cena troppo ridotto (19:00 - 20:30), ma gradita la possibilita' di avere piatti freddi in camera dopo le 21:00.

it is hard not to like this hotel. The hotel is modern, the staff are friendly and competent. they do things like have a snack timed in the afternoon. the spa facilities are amazing. The food is exquisite. The room had plenty of space and was spotless. there were no downsides that I could think of.
