Einfache, zweckmäßig Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Strand auch in 5-10 min zu erreichen.
Zimmer sehr einfach ausgestattet, aber hat gereicht. Tapeten über dem Bett und am Schrank waren extrem verschmutzt. Mit Sicherheit seit Jahren nicht mehr gestrichen. Dusche Boden hat geklebt. Müsste auch zwischendurch mal gemacht werden. War sehr unangenehm.
Von 6 Tagen Aufenthalt war an zwei Tagen zum Frühstück die Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Kaffee in Thermuskanne kam nach 1 Stunde nach. Das gleiche gilt für das Wasser. Man musste ständig das genervte Personal ansprechen. Die waren stark unterbesetzt.
Pool schön anzusehen. Poolfolie löst sich aber an vielen Stellen vom Boden ab. Müsste auch mal erneuert werden.
2 Sterne würde ich dem Hotel geben, mehr nicht. Positiv: jeden Tag wurde das Bett neu bezogen und die Handtücher gewechselt.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem ordentlichen Mittelklasse-Hotel in Strandnähe
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war in der zweiten Etage, es gibt keinen Lift. Hotelpersonal half uns beim Koffertransport - rauf und runter. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher (stand auch nicht in der Ausschreibung). Wir fragten nach und bekamen einen für uns. Staff war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Unbequeme Stühle im Restaurant-Bereich. Das Hotel war recht voll. Beim Frühstück übersah das Personal öfter, dass Dinge aufgegessen waren - es wjutrde nicht umgehend nachgelegt, es dauerte und war auch manchmal "finished", und dann blieb es auch so.

Pros:

Very good value for money budget hotel with spacious rooms and excellent location. The facilities are clean, rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels. Breakfast was also good. I would stay again.

Cons:

No coffee facilities in the morning when breakfast didn't start until 7:30am and the coffee machine not available in the early hours. Always a queue to enter for breakfast and usually a few minutes late opening the doors

Ótima localização
Pros:

Foi boa a nossa estadia no Ouril Pontão Hotel, o quarto era espaçoso e com um espaço exterior para relaxar com vista para a piscina.
O pequeno-almoço é bom e diversificado. Os funcionários muito atenciosos, no dia do check-out o nosso voo era bastante tarde e foi-nos permito guardar as malas e usufruir das áreas comuns do hotel, até ao horário de saída para o aeroporto, o que nos permitiu aproveitar mais um dia em Santa Maria com toda a tranquilidade.
Ótima localização numa zona tranquila e muito próxima de tudo a uma curta caminhada.

Cons:

Como a nossa estadia foi curta não sei se foi falta de sorte, mas, a água do banho não chegou a aquecer para uma temperatura minimamente agradável o que foi um pouco desconfortável.

O pequeno almoço e a localização.

Cons:

Foi nos atribuído primeiramente um quarto em que não havia água quente e o ar condicionado pingava água, mudaram nos para outro em que o ar condicionado era fraco, e o problema da água quente mantinha-se.
