We loved our experience. It was the best place to relax. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great always ready to help. The rooms where really big and confortable. It was really clean. The locations is perfect to visit Braga, Santo Tirso and Guimarães.
Tivemos uma estada muito agradável! Fizeram um upgrade de quarto para um quarto familiar que era gigante, muito bem decorado, e foi excelente para a nossa filha que pode correr e brincar. Além do quarto, a quinta é fantástica, uma decoração de incrível bom gosto, a área do SPA é maravilhosa, aproveitamos até o último instante independente da chuva lá fora. A meia pensão foi ok, o café da manhã possuía bastante variedade de pães, iogurtes, sucos, e enchidos. Certamente no verão a estadia consegue ser ainda mais agradável, pela linda área externa que a quinta possui rodeada de árvores e lindo paisagismo e as diversas opções de piscinas. Recomendo vivamente.
Todos os travesseiros eram muito altos, tentei trocar pelos que haviam no armário, mas mesmo assim não conseguimos dormir com nenhum, tanto eu quanto meu marido acordamos diversas vezes a noite por sentir desconforto sem travesseiro. Mesmo assim, estadia foi positiva pois aproveitamos muito a área do SPA e aliviamos as dores no pescoço da noite mal dormida com o banho turco que é maravilhoso.
Excelente! Funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos, o quarto muito espaçoso e bem decorado, impecavelmente limpo. O spa tem boas condições, a piscina é aquecida e são fornecidos chinelos, robe e toalhas de forma gratuita. Excelente em tudo!

We had an amazing weekend. The staff is spectacular and they provide with any help you need. We stayed at the panoramic suite and everything was perfect.

Прекрасный отель , оазис природы, архитектуры, интерьеров, спа все располагало к отдыху и спокойствию . Мы остановились на 1 ночь в самый низкий сезон и было ощущение что мы одни в отеле поэтому мы гуляли, отдыхали в спа с 3х летнем ребенком было идеально.
Еда ! Это был провал ! Мы решили поужинать в отеле нам приготовили ужасную еду. За которую мы заплатили как за ресторанную , салат был непонятно из чего это было отвратительно ! Мясо стейк был просто отварной кусок на доске и безвкусный рис . Такое ощущение что готовил не шеф повор и вообще не повор а человек который ни разу не стоял у плиты . Мы разочаровались полностью ! И остались голодные ! Лучше бы они сказали что ресторан закрыт , у нас бы не осталось негативных впечатлений ! Но и это не все ! Завтрак был ужасный тоже , мы решили чтоб они не готовили фуршет только для нас , мы выбрали завтрак в номер , омлет залит маслом которое остыло и ощущение что ел парафин , капучино это просто кофе с молоком , мясо старое,сыр пластиковый . они решили явно на нас сэкономить и готовил опять человек который просто не умеет готовить . Разочарование опять ! У нас в номере не было столика для завтрака поэтому пришлось есть на кровати .
A gentileza dos funcionários, limpeza impecável de todo o estabelecimento, piscina, jacuzzi e sauna fenomenais, pequeno-almoço super completo. Deram-nos um upgrade de quarto dado estarem vazios quando fomos, foi um gesto admirável. Adoramos tudo.
Pena o banho turco não funcionar, fora isso tudo incrível!
