Staff were consistently polite and efficient. Room was comfortable and facilities as expected. The room had a good view over the town. Breakfast was good value and efficiently served. Location for the town and beach is excellent. However, a fair degree of fitness and mobility is required otherwise use a taxi.
Staff hotel and facilities were all good. However, we didn't appreciate the person in the next room [217] banging around and putting BBC TV on loudly at 05.40AM. The volume was excessive and continuous, despite knocking on the wall several times to no avail the TV stayed on. We raised the matter with staff on Reception who sympathised but simply said, 'Well some of our guests have difficulty hearing.' Fortunately, we only booked one night.
Location helpful staff very clean

Food excellent good choices. Room clean.had everything you need.staff very accommodating.
Nothing it was all perfect.
Very good, friendly staff which is a big help.Comfortable room with comfy beds. Good breakfast with good routine in restaurant as we were given our own table number at checking in which was a great idea and made life so easy. No pets in hotel which we much prefer. We will definitely use it again. Plus the cost was very good.
Nothing to dislike,
Location great, parking great, staff lovely

We had a great time the new revit is lovely breakfast was good staff friendly
Was a little upset that singer finished early but was good enjoyed his music choice
We had a family room, 1st floor of the bar and enterainment area on a evening and could hear everthing. Kids found it hard to sleep. Should have been placex other end of corridor over the dining room. Apart from that everything good.
Noise from bar below room and loud music
We didn't go down for breakfast (we were hung over ) but from the amount of guests who were in the breakfast area & the food we saw it looked lovely. The reception staff were welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean.
The only fault I would say there is would be the noise from the coaches & movement of guests leaving the hotel from 7am. Unfortunately the coaches were right outside our window so there was no point actually trying to have a lay in while 9 am when theres a mass exodus of people banging, talking, noise of cases being dragged on the pavement outside. It's a pity the elderly guests don't give the same respect regarding noise on a morning as they were shown during the bingo! From the average age of the guests I don't think its an hotel for anyone below the age of 60.
Great value for money, very clean and all staff were great

Location perfect
Hotel clean
Food good
I had room 9 and there was no blind on my bathroom window and despite it having a frosted glass people outside could still see when you were having a shower!
The only redeeming feature of my stay was the 'music', I use the term very loosely finished by 11pm.
After a nine hour drive I was just grateful to get to the hotel, upon checkin the receptionist informed me there was going to be live music that evening if I was interested, unbeknownst to me I had been placed in a room directly under the function room. Having gone to bed early, I was awoken a few hours later by what I thought was an earthquake, the bedroom's walls were shaking and vibrating accompanied by a most dreadful noise, upon which I later discovered was cruelly described as music. The noise was so defining and so atrocious it probably woke Cerberus himself, the gatekeeper of Hades. The receptionist should have had the curtesy to move me to another part of the hotel. Even the roof would have been a better option. An evening listening to Alvin and the chipmunks learning to Eskimo throat sing attended by a gang of elephants practicing foundation moves for ballet beginners would have made more sense, been quieter as well as more relaxing.

location for town centre great. staff great and breakfast was excellent in nice surroundings.
can be a little excessive. curtains not great if you need it completely dark
Lovely Art Deco type building on the cliffs above the Spa.
Our room was clean, comfortable, warm and benefitted from provided toiletries and drink making facilities.
The breakfast was excellent with an extensive menu to choose from plus a large range of fruits, cereals, juices and yogurt to start with.
A decent check out time of 11am makes a difference too.
Simply cannot fault the place.
