A great stay
Pros:

A warm welcome and a smile greeted you when you checked in, ,The room was spotless,nice white bedding and towels , We had breakfast included which was lovely and we paid extra to have an evening meal ,Sunday roast it was great. Restaurant staff were lovely especially Cody who was always smiling and checking everything was OK.

Cons:

The TV was next to the bed not opposite, but was informed that our floor ,floor 3 would be getting upgraded next year.

Good value pleasant staff.
Pros:

Location good near all amenities and the sea. Breakfast was poor. Good selection of food cold buffet but the cooked breakfast was dried up obviously been standing since breakfast open. Toast hard hash browns couldn’t cut. Coach people had breakfast before other guests and we had leftovers rather than freshly cooked. We didn’t have time to send it back.
However the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bigger bed. Couples need a king size bed.
Better coffee.

A great hotel which seemed to cater for coach trip type holiday, we stayed one night so we could enjoy 2 days in Scarbou
Pros:

Large dining room, good size room for 3 people, ample storage, nice hot shower with good power. Towels provided. Fan in room as was warm. Nice service at breakfast.

Cons:

Room was a little dated, not a lot of choice for continental breakfast but cooked breakfast was lovely. Ketchup was a bit acidic.

Good value hotel and would use again.
Pros:

Lovely location with very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast - liked that they brought tea and coffee to the table, rather than having a machine. Parking permit was given as no hotel car park.

Cons:

There were some creaky floorboards.

Staff cleaning in the dining room was abysmal,
Dining room was just like a nursing home!
No service in the dining room, they said they were not expecting us and they had double booked!!
