Très bon séjour
Pros:

Situé dans le centre historique. Très jolie maison ancienne , beaucoup de charme . Très belle salle pour le petit-déjeuner buffet qui est très bien, il y a également un joli patio. Calme. Le gérant nous a trouvé un taxi fort sympathique pour visiter BIERTAN et CRIS qu’il nous a recommandé, cela nous a évité la démarche de trouver le taxi adéquat. Personnel très sympathique et efficace.

Cons:

Nous avions la chambre 7 : le matelas du lit de gauche est à changer, il est défoncé.

Superberes Personal!
Habe ein Upgrade vom Zimmer ohne Zusatzkosten bekommen.
Konnte 30 Minuten früher frühstücken als vorgesehen.
Konnte mein Fahrrad sicher unterstellen.
Und Lage und Zimmer super. Tolle Atmosphäre!

Cazare fix in cetate, view frumos, mic de jun bun.

Cons:

hotelul fiind in cetate, nu beneficiază de parcare proprie. Poți ajunge cu auto sa iti lași bagajele apoi parchezi la aproximativ 500 metri de cazare.

A historic gem in the citadel and our favourite stay in Romania.
Pros:

We cannot recommend Hotel von Graf enough. The room, the staff, the beautiful atmosphere, and the onsite restaurant made our stay in this picturesque, fairytale citadel truly magical.

We stayed in Room 11, which is nestled at the very top of this quaint, historic hotel. We selected this specific room for its charm, though travelers should note that access requires climbing a steep staircase. If you are less mobile or traveling with heavy luggage, this might be a bit challenging, but the hotel offers many other highly accessible rooms on lower floors.

The room itself was well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, plus a convenient fridge to store your own items (just note that milk isn't provided).

The onsite restaurant was fantastic, offering a great variety of options including excellent vegetarian dishes—we actually found it to be one of the most accommodating dining spots in the entire citadel. Breakfast was beautifully simple yet offered plenty of variety, featuring numerous traditional Romanian foods to try. They even offer a morning sample of Țuică, a traditional spirit, which is certainly a unique and authentic way to start your day!

Out of the four different places we stayed during our trip to Romania, our time here was easily the absolute highlight.
