Very Disappointed. Staff very rude

The Staff is very rude. I begging him to wifi password that he sent me by whatsapp. but due to no internet connection i dont recive it. how i recive passwprd by whatsapp without internet. I begging him and ask to text msg or read it for me. but he did not and ask us to cancel the booking and leave

A value place to stay for medical tourism.
Pros:

To visit friends as medical tourists from Cambodia to Subang Jaya Medical Center, that's nearby walking distance

Cons:

The wash basin is too small for a big toilet, and the WC is near the drainage, and it is water ponding on the lower side. Would be nice with some renovations to keep up the room.

Roaches, no wifi, non-working toilet and unhelpful staff but very cheap
Pros:

I liked that they refunded my money for the other two nights without drama. I didn't like anything else, but the app is insisting that I keep writing. The place was disgusting, but very cheap.

Cons:

I did not the roaches (dead and alive), the toilet that didn't flush (so I couldn't even flush the dead roaches), the fact that the wifi didn't work, and that when I complained I got an explanation of how to flush a toilet and use my phone. Nasty+patronizing=completely unacceptable

The safety not good enough
Pros:

The interior is okay but look quite old

Cons:

The lock not lock the door well. From inside, we cant lock the door and thought that the door auto lock. Unfortunately, the door even not locked from inside or outside.
