Totul a fost la superlativ! Camere foarte mari, curate și confortabile, cu o vedere superbă la mare. Mâncarea foarte bună și diversificată, iar băuturile pentru toate gusturile – vin, prosecco și multe altele. Piscinele sunt excelente, iar plaja este foarte frumoasă, cu șezlonguri și prosoape oferite gratuit de hotel. Personalul a fost mereu amabil, atent și zâmbitor. Ne-am simțit extraordinar și cu siguranță vom reveni!

Cons:

Nu avem nimic de reproșat. Totul a fost peste așteptările noastre.

I am writing regarding our recent stay at Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & Spa.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

Upon arrival, we were assigned Room 109, which was an accessible room, despite the fact that we had booked a standard room. We did not request an accessible room, and this was not the room type we reserved.

The accessible room was significantly different from the standard room we had booked and expected. In addition, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell of sewage and poor ventilation, which made our stay even more uncomfortable.

Immediately after entering the room, we went to the reception and asked to be moved to a standard room. However, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative room was available. As a result, we had no choice but to remain in Room 109 for our stay.

We specifically booked and paid for a standard room, yet we were accommodated in a different room type without prior notice or our consent. We believe this did not meet the accommodation we reserved through Booking.com.

Cons:

Mâncarea medie, am fost în resorturi similare și bufetul era mai variat și mai gustos.
Personalul putea fi mai prietenos, uneori răspundeau în doi peri.

Pros:

מלון מדהים, שקט, רגוע, בריכות נפלאות, חוף מקסים, שירות מעולה. החדרים מרווחים מאוד, מרפסת נפלאה.אוכל טעים ובשפע. נהננו מאוד ובטוח נחזור.

מעליות לוקחות המון זמן
מזגנים בחדר לא יורדים מ 22 מעלות.

The food was very limited in the evenings. One restaurant which was buffet, one other restaurant so difficult to get into. Only operating certain days. The lift system is awful, so many people complaining,

Hotel z ogromnym potencjałem! Przepiękne, duże, komfortowe pokoje z widokiem za milion dolarów! Efekt WOW gwarantowany! Dla samego widoku warto zostać choć na weekend. Orginalne alkohole, napoje bezalkoholowe w puszkach i butelkach. Smaczne posiłki choć tu nie ma WOW. Uprzejmy presonel. Baseny czyste, do głębokości 140 cm - spokojnie można popływać i zrobić instagramowe fotki😉. Leżaki, parasole, ręczniki - wszystko w cenie. Po zejściu z kilku stopni piaszczysta plaża z leżakami i ratownikiem. Wieczorem występy i muzyka. Świetne miejsce na romantyczny wypad i chwilę wytchnienia!

Jako informacja dla przyszłych gości- kontakt z hotelem jest ale odpowiedzi na moje zapytania czy prośby przychodziły z opóźnieniem doby.... Należy rozważyć czy warto dopłacać do opcji Preferred Club - zależało mi na możliwości wczesnego zameldowania, kwota była dla.mnie akceptowalna więc wybrałam tą opcję. Dodatkowym bonusem są pokoje na wyższych piętrach więc i widok bardziej zjawiskowy....

Pros:

Fantastische kamer, ruim, proper voorzien van alles tandenborstel, scheermesje, fles wijn en water, top.
Het is een groot hotel en het was nog rustig. Plaats genoeg aan zwembad en strand. Restaurant buffet lunch rustig binnen of op terras met zicht op zee of zwembad. Gemeenschappelijk sanitair verzorgd.

Cons:

Wachtrij aan de lift, er zijn nochthans 4 liften. Avondeten drukte, veel lawaai, maar eten in overvloed, weinig echt smaakvolle gerechten op de mousaka en vers bereid vlees na, veel keuze...
