Cons:

They are not providing eve drinking water. Other white ridge hotels are provide complimentary water.here not providing. Staff courtesy is horrible. Beds are not good Lenin is not hygienic. Not preferable to stay with kids due to unhygienic conditions

1 star only for the working AC.

Cons:

There are too many cockroaches and bed bugs. The bathroom was very dirty. The entrance and the foyer in each floor is very dirty. Needs a lot more to be livable
