Hell of experience

Cons:

People without humanity and basic culture running the hotel and treating customers without respect.
After booking confirmation and special request also they refused to give room. One Mr.Manigantan spoke irresponsibility eventhouth after explained about the urgency for booking. Another one Mr,Arun called and threatened to cancel the booking myself. He also told he is calling from local customer care and Hotel booking sites are cheating the people with the help of common customer care. Both blamed the booking.com and Oyo sites for the confirmation mail. I asked if they don't have room they should cancel the booking. They both arrogantly answered it is not their duty. They said they will not give room even for the confirmed booking. For emergency we booked another hotel after that also they continually called and threatened they are local people they will do anything what they want from mobile no:7010203014No
