Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, quarto limpo. O que precisa melhorar seria disponibilizar cobertores e travesseiros extras. Passamos frio no hotel porque só tinha uma mantinha em cada cama e o travesseiro era muito fininho, não tinha lençol para se cobrir e ajudar a manta a aquecer, como o hotel praticamente não tem janela (tem uma pequena janela que dá para área técnica dos ar condicionados dos quartos), então obrigava a ligar o ar condicionado e como estava chovendo nestes dias, passamos frio. No demais itens, tudo ok.

Funcionários mal treinados, com muita má vontade pra resolver alguns detalhes. Quartos só com camas de solteiro. No site diz que tem smart tv, mas não tem.
