Very bad experience from staff

Good Location and facility

Cons:

They asked for the marriage certificate of my wife and me. Very bad behavior from the staff. We checked in at around 1 a.m., and at that time, he was trying to ascertain our relationship. A very, very bad experience. I am doubtful that they live in the 80s. Such hotels should improve their manners in dealing with customers. Pathetic. Even though the property is good, because of this behavior, I will not suggest or book rooms there again.

It was clean and the location is good

Cons:

The stuff doesn't care about you at all! I was extremely tired, but I had to be waiting for them to get my room for almost an hour, because they were talking between them, didn't react to my words to complete check-in. Theywere extremely slow.

It was a good stay
Pros:

Clean and comfort, nearest to the temple and good area. we can see the Big temple from this hotel. A/c, TV & Wifi good performance and hot water available in all time. Restaurants and other amenities very nearby. Overall very very good for the given rate.

Cons:

In washroom, the water pressure in the health faucet was not adequate, this has to be rectified.

Rooms need proper updating and care.
Pros:

Staff was courteous. Location was central.

Cons:

Hotel is under construction. Rooms were disappointing. Lots of water damage and mold issues. A mushroom was growing next to our bed outside of the bathroom. Would not stay here again.

It was good! Overall 8.5/10
Pros:

It was very close to the temple and the cleanliness, AC facility, bedding were top notch, I would easily give 9/10 for cleanliness.

Cons:

The geyser was only operation from 330 am to 10am. The staff said it was due to the tripping of the circuit breaker, hence they have gone for such strict timming.

Pros:

The Inn is very near to the Periya Kovil (walkable distance) and a good array of restaurants are available nearby.

Cons:

It would be great if toiletries and water kettle is provided; otherwise, it was really good.
