Die Latscherei durch den Ort. Jut,warn nur 10 min. Trotzdem, die Abzocke an den Parkautomaten ist abartig.

Das Bad war nicht fertig saniert, Ecken und Kanten nicht zu Ende gefliest, keine Halterung für die Duschkopf, TV funktioniert nicht richtig, kaum Sender, WLAN war auch nicht stabil schlechte Beleuchtung in der Wohnung

Since this is an apartment where all of the windows face the street, better blackout curtains would have been nice since the ones currently on the apartment didn't keep the room dark at all. There could also be hooks that could have been provided for hanging the hand towels next to the wash basin. We were expecting a single queen bed but instead we got two single mattresses that were next to each other so that was not very comfortable. But these are all very specific issues. It was nothing that impacted our stay too much.

Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster, welches kein Tageslicht einließ! Direkt gegenüber war eine Hauswand (ca.20cm Abstand) und zwischen beiden Wänden flogen Tauben. Lüften ging gar nicht und nachts waren die Vögel extrem laut. Bei der Buchung war das null ersichtlich und hat mich daher extrem geärgert. Auf meine Beschwerden wird bislang nicht reagiert. Trotz wirklich moderner Einrichtung ging das gar nicht mit dem Fenster und ich habe es als Zumutung empfunden. Auch das nicht Eingehen auf meine Rückmeldung finde ich völlig daneben.......Auch die angepriesene Kaffeemaschine war nicht zu finden.

The biggest problem is the absolutely terrible communication.

First of all, something I noticed with several hotels I contacted in Travemünde and Lübeck: even when you write to them in English, they reply in German, often with automated messages. This hotel was no exception. For a business working in international tourism, this is frankly ridiculous. If a hotel advertises on Booking.com that English is spoken, guests should reasonably expect to receive replies in English.

Even worse, this particular hotel simply did not respond to my messages through Booking.com or to the special requests submitted with my reservation. After two unanswered messages, I eventually had to call Booking.com customer service, at my own expense, and ask them to contact the hotel on my behalf just to obtain a simple answer. This is completely unacceptable. Communication with guests should be a basic part of running a hotel.

Other disadvantages include the lack of parking facilities and the absence of a breakfast option.

The hotel is also quite noisy, something future guests should be aware of. There is a church immediately next door, with bells ringing during the night and early in the morning. In addition, a door near our room kept slamming throughout the night because a window had been left open, creating a draught.

Overall, the impression was of a hotel where several basic details are simply not given enough attention. The room was clean and acceptable, but the organisation, communication and attention to guests’ comfort leave a lot to be desired.
