Wir fanden ein kleines Paradies
Pros:

The Blue water corner ist ein kleines Paradies .
Ein geräumiger Bungalow , gut ausgestattet . Das Badezimmer sehr gut .
Die Gastgeber liefern einen sehr guten Service .

Good stay with stunning view
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Janas Blue Water Corner. The location is beachfront, and the view of the beach is stunning. The room was clean and new. The breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. The location is beachfront, and you can do snorkeling.

Cons:

They denied to give me the dinner at night.

Pros:

Posto fantastico sulla spiaggia nella baia di Sandy Bay Beach. Mare bellissimo e calmo, con scogliera ricca di pesci, meglio di Nilaveli Beach. Ottimo tutto: camera, fresh juice, birra, cena e colazione. Famiglia dell'host molto carina e gentile. La notte dormi con le onde di sottofondo. La mattina presto ci sono i pescatori di ritorno dalla pesca e puoi stare li con loro ad osservare e fotografare.

Cons:

Consigli: migliorare i tempi per la cena e colazione. Pulire spiaggia davanti e i lettini. Installare zanzariere nella finestra per poter tenerla un pò aperta la notte per sentire meglio e dormire cullati dal rumore delle onde.

Esperienza marittima full immersion
Pros:

La famiglia che gestisce la struttura fa del suo meglio per farti stare bene, nonostante le barriere comunicative. La posizione di fronte ad una spiaggia molto bella e piena di vita marittima è davvero inestimabile, consiglio infatti di approfittarne per fare snorkeling (la stessa famiglia offre diverse attività tra le quali questa). Colazione buona.

Cons:

La posizione è in una area residenziale dove per andare a mangiare o visitare altri punti d’interesse hai bisogno di almeno 5 minuti di tuk tuk. Oltre ciò i conducenti si perdono per venirti a prendere o portarti perché le coordinate di google non sono chiare.
La stanza è esposta a molti rumori (oltre alle onde) e il bagno non è molto accogliente: alcuni insetti possono far visita e c’è un odore di umidità abbastanza forte.
Ma hey… hai il mare di fronte e in una zona senza turisti molesti, cosa vuoi di più?

Pros:

Fantastisches Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, funktionierender AC und Ventilator, Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Zimmer liegt direkt an einem untouristischeb Strand. Morgens kann man den Sonnenaufgang und die Fischerbote gut beobachten. Sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie. Wir wurden sogar zur Geburtstagsfeier eingeladen.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

The most beautiful stay I’ve ever had in Sri Lanka!
Pros:

The place is right on the beach, so it literally feels like you have your own private paradise. There are only 2 rooms for rent, which makes it super quiet and cozy, and the hosts go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.
The food? Just amazing. Breakfast was included and they served it whenever I wanted (yes, even late mornings 🙈). Lunch and dinner were homemade, fresh, and so flavorful – with plenty of variety to choose from. Honestly, it was so good I didn’t even feel the need to eat out in town.
On top of that, the price is more than fair, and the hosts are always ready to help with literally anything: tuk-tuks, trips, shopping, you name it.
A truly stunning stay – can’t recommend it enough! 🌊✨

I loved everything! I will mention this place for the rest of my life :)

Pros:

It's just a cottage on beach. The cottage has been built well. It's not more than a type of homestay.
The hosts are kind, helpful and forthright.
They provided drinking water, one bathing towel, and electric kettle/ beach towel on demand.
Breakfast was decent ( Noodles/ fries/ fruits/ tea/ coffee) but fixed.
Near the main attractions if you can maneuver outside the narrow lane. Maria aquarium down the lane can be used as location for app based vehicles.
Access to beach - just 50 feet away.

Cons:

It's not a starred facility. It's just a cottage . How has it been called five star?
No reception/ front desk.
No housekeeping ( the hosts clean themselves).
House kitchen ( hosts cook themselves).
No toiletries ( except tiniest possible bar of soap).
No slippers ( the host lent me his own footwear on insistence).
Very hot ( the tiny AC could not cool the room even when temperature is set at 16 degrees).
Bed sheets were ' satin' but had stains on them.
Hot water geyser in bathroom was attached directly to a hand shower if you want to get scalded. Although there was no need of hot water during my visit. It was already smeltering.
No wardrobe but there was a open thing to hang or place clothes. (There was a vanity table though.)
No locker.
The door latch was broken.
Location is too deep. My cab driver went in circles for 20 minutes before we could find it. The lane is too narrow.
No breakfast buffet.
The stay was passable but not value for money.

Literally in front of the sea. The bedroom was ok. The best thing was that it had a mini refrigerator in the room. The host nice and good breakfast!

Cons:

The neighbourhood was not nice, if you’re planning to visit the city center or move to other places, it’s not recommended.

Pros:

Posizione splendida a quattro gradini di distanza da una spiaggia molto bella dove si può fare snorkeling e (con un po' di fortuna - noi l'abbiamo avuta) vedere le tartarughe.
Situazione molto "local" con arrivo logisticamente complicato e un contorno di pescatori e speedy boat un po' distante dagli standard occidentali. Quando poi ti fai conquistare dalla pace e bellezza della situazione può diventare casa.

La posizione su una caletta con acqua e spiaggia splendide, con possibilità di snorkeling. Abbiamo visto una tartaruga nuotare proprio a riva! Stanza bellissima con veranda, aria condizionata, letto molto comodo. La cucina è ottima, sia la colazione sia gli altri pasti. Complimenti! Straconsigliato

Great value beachfront hotel hosted by lovely family
Pros:

I live that it is beachfront. You literally step out into paradise every morning. The staff is a wonderful family that truly ho above and beyond for you. The breakfast is top tier and changes everyday. The activities are much cheaper than the surrounding venues. It is a little further from the action and nightlife but it is a simple drive that’s affordable to the cities active center. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I am so glad I found this property and the value is unmatched.

I have no negative thoughts on this property.
