Pros:

I’ve stayed at Trinco Lagoon multiple times, and it has always been a great experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making every stay relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel also offers a beautiful lagoon view, which adds to the peaceful and refreshing atmosphere.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Rizman, who made our stay even more pleasant with his excellent service and warm hospitality.
I would definitely recommend Trinco Lagoon to anyone looking for a good, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Trincomalee. It’s a reliable choice that offers great value and a memorable experience.

Персонал молодцы , хозяин решил все вопросы , очень уютно , чисто , вкусно. Вид из окна на лагуну 👍. Кондиционер , холодильник , чистые полотенца . Все очень стараются . Спасибо 🌹

Pros:

Perfect spot for city tourism and only 5km from the fancy restaurants and beaches. New building with new comfy mattresses and bathrooms. Great staff - very cooperative.

We had a really good stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even agreed to extend our

Good value for money
Pros:

Good location and view. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom could have nicer fittings and the room could have more plug sockets to charge phone and equipment. There was also a lot of bugs and geckos, but I understand this is inevitable in Sri Lanka.
